Hello losers. WI tonight and not confident I've lost anything but seriously not bothered. My little engagement party last weekend was fab and if I've gained a pound or 2 I'm not going to let it worry me. Oh, and it's TOTM too so a bit bloated. Ah, so much fun...NOT!
Breakfast today was a chicken sandwich from the sandwich shop. Was on the way to the canal with the pooch for our long walk so decided to stop off there.
Lunch- Bad Screamer- Chicken and mushroom pot noodle
Tea- (after weigh in) Spag bol with quorn mince and dolmio sauce on a bed of pasta, and I'll put extra mushrooms, extra onion and some sweetcorn in it. Am not brave enough to try and make my own sauce just yet. I don't like fresh tomatoes and dolmio is the only bolognese sauce I like. Even after that I have to have a drink of milk afterwards. It's strange, but anything with tomatoes in just makes me want to drink milk.
I don't think this superfree thing works for me. Last night I was a bit peckish so decided to munch on a celery stick. I actually vomited, I hated the taste of it so much! I find the only veggies I really like are cabbage and green beans, oh and sweetcorn which isn't superfree so I'm a bit stuck! :-(
Have also walked over 12 miles in the past 3 days, and done lots of work on the Wii which is on loan from the next door neighbour. It's going back tomorrow so as long as the weather stays fine then I'll be having a 4 mile walk every day. Pooch won't go out if it's raining and to be fair, who in their right mind goes for a long walk in the rain lol.
So, good luck ladies. Will post the damage later. I've already been on my scales at home and they're showing no change so as long as it's not a gain I don't think it's too bad. (I mean, last Saturday between the 4 of us, we demolished 4 bottles of champagne, 26 cans of lager, half a bottle of wine, half of a small bottle of vodka, 2 pizzas and an indian takeaway. Hurt the wallet more than the waistline lol)
See you later Dizzy. Are you staying this week?Yaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Even more shocking is that I can put the words "Happily" and "Married" into the same sentence and not have life insurance on my mind when I say it ;-)0 -
Evening all
Well done to the losers.
I've had a manic day at work so have barely eaten at all today which is very unusual for me! :rotfl: But am starving now I'm home so had a bowl of my HM SF celery soup to tide me over. Need to make some more soup as it's a great syn free filler meal. I was very good today as we had a presentation with coffee and biscuits and not one single biscuit passed my mouth
.
Green day:
B - honey nut shredded wheat (HEB) with skimmed milk (HEA - rest for coffee throughout day)
L - HB egg, celery stick and 2 radishes!
D - leftover stirfry veg, egg noodles, black bean sauce (2.5syns)
Snacks - HM SF celery soup, one alpen light (1/2 HEB), cheese (HEA), tesco corn crisps (3.5syns)
Drinks - coffee, water, NAS squash
Total syns - 6
So I've still got a 1/2HEB to use up, plus syns.taco shells ( x2 =4)
Are taco shells 2 syns each? Hope so! I miss eating soft tortillas when doing SW cos they are 6syns each so tacos would be a good replacement

Also can someone please tell me if the Tesco Slightly Sparkling Spring Water flavoured drinks are free? I've got the Apple& Raspberry one.
I gave up Diet drinks at Easter as I think asparthame is bad for you so have been drinking these instead.

See you later Dizzy. Are you staying this week?
Hopefully yes....as long as the very kind ladies who come and collect me are still going then I can go, AND stay to class - it was a bit of a mess up last week with me not bein on top form and also Pat who normally does the driving since my op (bless her) had to cancel going to group at last minute. Nora went on the bus I think but I was a bit stuck so managed to get hold of OH's Bro at last min who took me just to WI.0 -
Dizzy, if you need a lift then just let me know. If it rains he's picking me up anyway. It's not like we live a million miles apart :-) I understand why you didn't stay last week but if you actually WANT to stay, you have another friend who can help you out :-)Yaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me.
