Hi Guys,
I'm just trying to use the syn calculator but am not sure if I've done it right for the above meal as it comes out as 18.5 syns
The info is:
375g portion
Per 100g provides:
660kj/158kcal
5.0g protein
12.4g Carbs
9.4g fat
Could someone please be so kind as to run it through and see what they get please. Much appreciated, Debbie
What is the main ingredient and what plan are you on? only if I put that info in Im getting 29.5syns for it -6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.50 -
Just a quick one to say I've lost the 1lb I put on last week. Not overly happy but I can't really complain after the weekend I've had
Going to try and stick to it 100% this week.
Extra easy today:
B= 28G fruit & fibre (HEB) 250ml milk (HEA) coffee
L= Scrambled egg, onions, peppers, mushrooms, brown sauce (1)
D= Cous cous (1), spicy pork , veg
Snacks= Grapes, banana, tea with rest of milk
Syns for week = 2/70
I know I haven't had all my syns but weekends are my toughest time so I'm going to try a different approach & not use too many each day and save them.0 -

If you save the last page you read in your faves/bookmarks, then when you come back to the thread it will take you to that page. You can if you wish continue to use that original bookmarked page, because then if you look just above the first post on that page it will see "V view last read" (or something like that, I can't see it when I'm typing!) and you click there and it takes you to the next post after the last one you looked at, magic. someone explained it to me once:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j
thank you Slimming World!

I save the last page to my favorites each time, bit of a faff but worth it
I'm having a bad day [not food wise], my get up & go has got up & gone & I have a monster headache. Now going to try some food but not got much motivation to eat.
Well done on the losses , hang in there everyone. Blackberry hurry up and lose that lb we want to start filling the target sofa up, theres plenty of room now the weights gone :rotfl:Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Hi
I'm returning to sw this evening after a long break. I've successfully lost weight twice so know it works (i lost 2st about 10yrs ago & then after dd2 was born 2yrs ago i lost 4st so i fitted in my wedding dress!)
My consultant moved areas & i tried 3 different classes & just couldn't settle at any of them.
Anyhow i'm going back tonight & will stick at it regardless.
We were on holiday last week & my gorgeous dd1 (13yo & size 8/10) insisted on wearing shorts on the beach with her bikini as she didn't like her legs & whenever we were sitting anywhere she's have a cushion or bag infront of her tummy cos she was fat  omg what have my years of yo-yo dieting done to her
So now it's healthy eating & being more active all the way. I don't want her paranoid about her weight she's gorgeous not an ounce of flab on her cos she plays rugby & dances. dh said in a really nice way that maybe she's just had so long watching me & my sister she's just worried  i was gutted i never thought i'd make her feel bad about how she looked
Sorry this turned into a bit of a moan, it was supposed to be a hello! I'll report back later with how much i need to lose & will try to make it a cheerier post

Hi losers
Well, if I've lost nothing this week I'm going to find those fairies and kick their teeth in.
I've just got back from my walk. Have done about 4 miles again. Hope the rain holds off tomorrow because I want to do it again. Have stocked up on my favourite salad stuff and am now preparing tea for OH. Today's food has been a bit hit and miss, you'll see what I mean in a second. And Dizzy, don't slap me
Breakfast- Beans on toast (had that at midnight lol)
Lunch- One of those snack philadelphia light thingies and some chicken fridge raiders. Was on the run so couldn't make anything
Dinner- Jacket spud with tuna and sweetcorn, maybe some mayo, and tons of salad. Unfortunately if I have mayo I can't have salad cream and it's the only way I can bear eating salad. I might just have beans and cheese with it and syn the salad cream I'll be having with my not so yummy salad.
Snacks- 2 bananas, so far that is!
OH has bought us a new fridge because ours is just too small for all our fruit and veggies. I'm quite looking forward to cramming the new one full of good stuff. Am sick of the nasty stench eminating from the one we have now only to discover that it's some long forgotten fruit or veg rotting away! Yeurgh!!!!
Hope you are all having a lovely day anyway! Might be back later to catch up on what I've missed! xxYaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Even more shocking is that I can put the words "Happily" and "Married" into the same sentence and not have life insurance on my mind when I say it ;-)0 -
