I had my first WI this week, and lost 4lb! So pleased with myself :D. The only downside was, out of the 4 new starters, I lost the LEAST! Hopefully I will keep it going this week, but feeling nice and positive, and have just had melon and shredded wheat for brekkie.

Hope your all managing to keep motivated:j
    Well done! :j

Don't worry about what everyone elses losses where.. everyones different. You may loose more next week, and they loose less... or you may have less to loose.

Celebrate your loss, and don't worry about everything else! :T

    Morning ladies,

    Well done Nuninge & Chops:j:j

I stayed away from the LionBar last night, I must really be in the zone this week as previous weeks that would have been down my thoat before you could blink!

I also succeded in my exercise plan, 2 x 10 mins on bike and 30 mins Pilates (got achey bits now :)). If anyone wants an exercise DVD I reccommend the 10 minute solutions ones. Really good if you want to do some exercise but find it hard to fit a full length DVD in. 5 sets of exercises broken up in to 10 min sections.

    Food Diary (EE)
    B - 2 toast (B) Mushrooms (F) Butter (1.5)
L - Spanish Omelette OR Veggie chow mein (both F)
Mid Aft - Bowl of fruit - apple, nectarine, cherries, banana & greek yog (3)
    D - Buffalo Chicken (2) Salad (F) SW little roasties (F)
Even - Bowl fruit (as before) and greek yog (3)

So that takes me up to 9.5 syns with 0.5 o/s

    Exercise - 3 x 10mins Bike

WI tomorrow I have high hopes, I hope they won't be dashed as I have stuck to plan again this week.

Today is going to be a good day for us all xxx

    Morning all

Well done on the great losses everyone :T

Thought I would do my post before I get my brekkie...

so then my Red meal plan is:-
    • grapefruit
    • plums
    • apricots
    • banana
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • smoked haddock
    • 227g jacket potato (B)
    • roast carrots, onions, peppers + tomatoes
    • crunch corner yogurt (4)
    • buffalo pork fillet (2)
    • 1/4tsp oil (0.5) -to stir-fry:-
    • onions
    • mushrooms
    • peppers
    • carrots
    • cabbage
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • activia lemon (2.5)
    • 1 fibre plus bar (B)
    • fruit
so thats my A+Bs and 9 syns used up..
I have just taken the pork fillet out of the freezer and I will slice it in about 1hr -its easier to get thin slices when its semi-frozen wink.gif and then I can get it in the marinade and in the fridge for the rest of the day..
If its anywhere near as nice as the buffalo chicken I will be happy biggrin.gif
right -thats me for now-off to make a cuppa and get my brekkie
Have a great day everyone biggrin.gif

    Morning

Had quite a good day yesterday until I got a bit upset and had white toast with butter.
But dinner was low fat chicken curry which was lovely.

Please could someone tell my the syn value of Tesco Healthy Living mini naan breads??

Also, on EE is sweetcorn free or superfree? thanks

Having a GREEN day today, which is rare for me but forgot to get any meat out of the fridge!
Brek - Beans on toast (heb)
cups of tea with skim (prob 1/4 heA coz I have it quite strong now)
Lunch - Chicken noodle soup (4 syns for the sauce I use)
    Corn on the cob
dinner - vegetarian SW chilli with mixed beans and veg. Bit of grated cheese on top (Hea)
dessert - mullerlight (went off them for a bit recently but need to eat what's in the fridge so hopefully i can get back into them for a bit)

Right so I've had 1 heb and 1 hea and 4 syns so far. I suppose if I get peckish I will probably have some ryvita with laughing cow to make up the other heb and hea (i like saving some allowances for emergency munchie situations!!)

    Morning all

Went last night and had 2nd weigh in - lost 4.5 pound was really chuffed with this.

The slimmer of the week lost 5lb but didn't stay. The new rules are if that person doesn't stay to group then the fruit bowl gets put into the draw as a second prize. () looked lovely too!!

    My plan this week is:
Going to do red every other day, EE, and no green.

    Today's menu

    250 sk milk + 2 alpen bars

B - 3 eggs scrambled - strawberries, raspberries, red grapes

    L - Potato & ham frittata - raspberries & grapes

D - fish (rest of the frittata) - banana natural yoghurt apricot & honey

The frittata and the apricot dessert from the 7 days to success book in the s/w pack

Good Morning Ladies - well done you big losers :p and big hugs to all those who need em ;)

Day 2 of my new medication regime.....had a spot of pain last night under my ribs on laying down (dont know if this was the hernia sliding again with a belly full of water....or the change in stomach acid tabs not working yet :o) anyway I eventually got off to sleep after nicking ALL the pillows so I could sit up and making OH have a cushion off the sofa :D

SO Im very lazy and only just out of bed  Im off to have my weetabix and plan the rest of my food.

Got my Audioligist appt at 1.30....Im hoping now the bone has healed enough from the neuro-surgery they can see about my BI-Cross hearing aid....(to send the sound from the right to the left as if I still had 2 good ears instead of just 1 naff one and one with all its bits now missing lol)or maybe even a Bone anchored one which will be fabby!! this will make such a difference when Im walking especially near traffic....If I turn to locate sound too quick I fall with the vertigo. soooo fingers crossed......
