When I think back to pre SW days.... the amount of cr*p I ate in takeaways.....SCARY
tell me about it dizzy, i'd have the naan with rice, poppadoms, curry all washed down with a bottle of wine at least once a week. it's scary!!!"I believe in manicures. I believe in overdressing. I believe in primping at leisure and wearing lipstick. I believe in pink. I believe happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day and... I believe in miracles."

            Hi Guys,
I'm just trying to use the syn calculator but am not sure if I've done it right for the above meal as it comes out as 18.5 syns
 The info is:
 375g portion
 Per 100g provides:
 660kj/158kcal
 5.0g protein
 12.4g Carbs
 9.4g fat
Could someone please be so kind as to run it through and see what they get please. Much appreciated, Debbie0
