Just forced a bowl of fruit and yoghurt down as I wasn't hungry but I know by the time it is tea time gets here I will be starving and start picking at bread and cheese...so I went for prevention is better than cure in this instance.

Nowt gets past you, does it Dizzy? I suppose I deserve that slap on the bum lol.

I might not have lost any weight but I've definately lost an inch. I have to keep yanking my jeans up. Am doing a 6 mile walk tomorrow down to the college allotment and back to see what I've got growing, or to see if anything needs to come home with me. Fingers crossed everything hasn't been demolished and I can distinguish between the plants and the weeds!! (couldn't the last time I went down) If my plot looks rubbish, got another 8 plots to choose stuff from so should be ok.

I'm loving this nice weather, long may it continue!! xx
Yaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Even more shocking is that I can put the words "Happily" and "Married" into the same sentence and not have life insurance on my mind when I say it ;-)

OH's mum has one just by the 5 Rise locks and keeps me supplied with lovely rhubarb, green&Broad beans rasberries blackberries sprouts (didnt do well last year tho) and onions. Shes getting on a bit now tho and on about giving up as only a quarter of her plot now being used,
My OH wont take over cos he is sh*t scared of worms lol ....honest its like a real bad phobia:eek: Im hoping that maybe in a years time my balance system will be recovered enough for me to maybe go help her out a bit and we can grow lots more goodies :o

from what our consultant said, you have to watch for anytime when they change the packaging on an item you normally get.....thats usually a sign theyve also messed about with the product  like when they changed morrisons eat smart sausage package then they went from free to 1/2 syn each.

But the problem is if you buy something that youve never had (so not noticed any difference in the packaging)

I certainly dont mind checking things up for people when Im about.....but sometimes you just want to have a quick flick in a book and get an instant answer I suppose :o

Where in the members bit did you find the book?
I only paid 3.50 for mine as they were on offer at the club my friend goes to. Will have to get her to keep an eye out for another bargin, 7.50 is a bit out of my price range at the moment :o
