also are the honey nut shredded wheats a HEB or do they count as syns too ?
    thank you

Fruit pastille lollies are 3 syns each

Honey Nut shredded wheats are a HEB if you have 1 ryvita w/g crackerbread to make up the fibre

I have never seen the Quorn mini spring rolls... I am intrigued... where do you get these from?

Good evening all, I'm happy to report that despite the fairies visiting last night and putting the ol' thumbscrews on me I resisted them and did not allow the 'attack of the munchies' to get hold of me.:A.........I'm not really sure what been different lately, last week family stuff was getting bad but I stayed on plan, this week a whole load of different problems came out of the woodwork to bite me on the bum, but hey I stayed on plan, woohoo...........I'm giving myself a pat on the back for that, just hope the scales pay me back for my angelic ways.

Hey lynz I know funds are short but don't you go trying to eat those tinned foods without taking them out of their tins or you'll have a huge dentists bill too ;).................... seriously though I feel for you, just wish there was something we could do to make things a little easier for you.

dizzyk, you are amazing, the way you talk about and deal with your health probs you'd think you just had a cold or something instead of the major problems you do have, I'm totally in awe of you.

Blackberryrum, obviously I've not met you but the way you put things across on here make me think you'd make a fab consultant, :D keep some room on that target sofa for me, not sure WHEN i'll get there but I DO intend to get there

ooooh i have done some digging! I have found the quorn mini spring rolls!

I've just run them through the syns calculator and they are 1.5 syns each BUT syns online are telling me they are 2 syns each!!!! CONFUSED.COM! The iceland party pack of mini spring rolls are 1.5 syns per roll

Apparently Tesco and Waitrose sell the Quorn ones. Having said that i have a massive tesco near me and i haven't seen them in there. (yet?)

    28vsxe8.jpg ---- this is them!

  • hello !
thanks to blackberry-rum and takeiteazy for the advice on saving the page-that's better !

    i need help-again (sorry :o)

i have bought myself some yogurt coated peanuts as a treat , i was all prepared to weigh them out into little tubs and syn them accordingly BUT THEY HAVE NO NUTRITIONAL INFO SO I CAN'T WORK IT OUT !!!!!!

someone help before i say sod it and eat the whole pack in secret and "forget" to write it down :rotfl:

also for those struggling to poop , i found the kellogs fibre plus bar very yummy and seemed to work things through nicely (sorry tmi)

From what i can gather they are a new quorn product.

I was comparing the syns in the Quorn ones to the syns in the Iceland ones... and according to Syns online the iceland ones have less syns than the quorn ones which i really dont get!! Plus my money is on the iceland ones being cheaper

Thats the one i have :)

Oh Dizzy, i know i shouldn't laugh about your OHs phobia but when i read that i burst out laughing!! I just have a vision of a grown man screaming whilst the worm wriggles about on the floor!

He works for network rail and hates it if they have to dig a 'big hole' in case he sees one.....the last gang he was with one of the guys got wind of his little 'phobia' and used to throw em at him :D til they went back to the digs when working away and my OH immacced his eyebrow in the night 8855.gif

Hes mainly on the machines now....so keeps out of the way of the scary (????) worms
