I did try mug shots. I so wanted to love them. The cheese one which was probably not free anyone stank of really bad feet! I couldnt eat it.OH opened the sweet and sour one and he said it was foul too ;( havent found any others but my eyes are peeled is there a basic tomatoey one? Cant go wrong with that surely lol

Today I have mostly been eating not much:

B - weetabix milk [a] coffee

L - small handful pasta, lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, s/onion, celery, beans

T - wm roll sw chips, s/cream [1], pineapple + muller

Snacks - none, is that good? Not sure

Syns - 1

Not sure I'm doing well at the moment, finding it hard to eat the right amount. Am trying to eat plenty of superfree when I do eat though.

Ummmm, I wouldn't be so sure, I've tried a few and not been taken with any of them, still not everyone has the same taste as me.

i think there is tomato and herb and roast chicken also sweet and sour???

Theres a tomato & herb one which I personally don't think is too bad. I make it up in a tub in the morning and have it like a pasta meal rather than a soup. Seems more filling for me.

Evening all! I've been to class tonight and I can't believe I've lost half a pound! I really expected a gain with being on holiday last week plus its the first day of * week today. I've had a couple of treats tonight but straight back on plan in the morning. I've prepared a big salad, 4 mini pots of jelly and cooked some home grown beetroot ready for lunch tomorrow, it feels great to be prepared for a change!!

Hope those fairies are behaving x

The cheese one is nasty, the chicken one is bland and the tomato one is a bit artificial... however I adore the thai one and often have it for lunch. Yummy!
