hello all
have discovered that my inspiration for SW has completely dried up. No idea what to have for breakfast/lunch and totally bored of my usual things. Struggled to do a meal plan just now. basically wrote 'beans on toast' on a bit of paper then freaked out as i've totally lost the plot on what to eat!
My main problem is that I often do EE as i find the other plans too confusing (ie i'll have a green day but then have some meat like a ham sandiwch without thinking!) but i often find myself using up my A and B choice for breakfast then having absolutely no clue what to have to lunch! think i might start blatently copying some of your meal plans for ideas/guidance, hope that's ok.
Is tinned fruit free like fresh fruit? I have some tinned peach slices in juice (always drain and rinse them tho as i dont like the juice) and was wondering if i could have them for breakfast in the absence of both fresh fruit and the cash needed to buy more fresh fruit!
Funny to hear everyone's experiences of mugshots. i find it odd that they are ok on SW as i used to get through loads as a student (the chicken ones are my fave) and they seemed really cheap and nasty (in a good way!) back then so mad to think i can have them now as part of a healthy eating plan!

Last day in work tomorrow before I've got 3 weeks annual leave:j:j:j:j. So happy but still so much to do before I finish:(S/W -1, *-1.5, +1:o, -1/2, *-2, -2.5,0 -
Half a pound off, sloooowwwwwlllly but surely I will get there. I would prefer it to be faster but then I should be willing to eat a little less fun stuff at the weekend then shouldnt I?
I won the raffle which was great, a big salad bowl and servers, a segmented lunch box with integral cutlery (cute), a grater (not sure what I can do with this as we already have one and a baking sheet that lets the air circulate around under things like chips (will come in useful for my SW chips). We voted for our woman of the year, I have no idea what that is all about but I did it anyway!
Right, nighty night all!God is good, all the time

Well done all you losers!
Would love to see meal plans as well, not just for the odd day- does anyone plan for the full week?
The ones online dont seem to do the "using up" sort of cookery that us MSEs should be doing!" Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
excuse me dropping by - I just wanted to say Hi - I did Slimming World years ago when it was red and green - and up to 15 syns a day - now theres extra easy - whats that all about then - hmm - will have to try and find out more about that - I have made aubergine and pasta bake tonight - got it from the slimming world site - recipe is on my homepage (6th July)and omg its yummy - really easy to do - I substituted spinach for the basil as we didnt have any basil in tonight - its yummy - the whole family eat it and apart from a couple of moans from my boy who isnt overly keen on aubergines it went down well - only gave him a couple of small bits and lots of pasta - its really filling too - bought the magazine the other week and made the aubergine and feta stacks - they were nice - I do eat other things than aubergine - lol
Would love to hear of more recipes? Whats your favourites?0 -

Good morning and welcome newbies.
I lost 2 1/2 lbs last night at weigh in, although the display thingy said 3 lbs. When I questioned it, I was told: " Oh the display doesn't show half pounds, you aren't suppose to see the display anyway" so I was quite upset about that and the fact that the Weigh in woman had her back turned having a convo with the consultant the whole time she was weighing people, only to turn around when the scales beeped, and the consultants 10(ish) year old daughter was writing in everyone's books (which she didn't know how to do)
Anyway, I haven't caught up yet with the thread, it is going so fast, will have a read now.
Have a great day everyone.0
