what are u on today EE?

Sorry dizzyk didn't see this earlier.......at that stage I could have gone any which way, had frozen (defrosted) berries and ff yogurt for brekkie, HEA milk for drinks. 3 pagan krisprolls (HEB) with cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, spring onion and pkt quavers (5syns) for Lunch........ so at that stage I was still 'neutral' and only accounted for 1 HEB and 1 HEA ..........in the end went for EE day and had my biyani rice with leftover and chopped up BN squash and chopped up asda hot and spicy chicken breast. Hope that sounds ok for an EE day, still not totally sure of these yet!

I was gonna say if you were doing EE chop up some chicken and bits of salady stuff and just mix it all up with the rice.....I have that a lot but sometimes with couscous and then make a youghurt mint & cayenne pepper sauce its fab. Im loving those asda spicy chicken things at the mo too!!

Cant get my head round EE yet BUT I am still trying, have done green for so long (with an occasional red) that it seems so alien to have chicken and noodles together (which is what I had for tea tonight!!
Go hopefully into each new day, enjoy something from every day no matter how small, you never know when it will be your last

    Hi peeps,

Please help - I am losing the plot a bit with this now, and my weight is creeping up. I have just tried to join on line for a bit of inspiration but it won't have me as I am still within my healthy BMI range although I know it is too big for me. I am just sick of food; sick of eggs, sick of cereal, sick of it all really. Can't think of what to have for breakfast so have biscuits and then I'm off with the fairies...

I got to my magic number just before Christmas, but wasn't able to maintain and since then I have just gradually gained and now I am on the way back to fatness.

Any ideas for getting kick started? I am not really familiar with EE so tend to give it a miss, maybe that is what I should try.

ok update from me today :)

Hasnt been too good nor has it been too bad. (!!)

EE: HEA Alpen lites / HEA milk
    Started the day:
    2x alpen lites, tea

Lunch fry up in caff- 2x eggs, 2x bacon, mushrooms, beans. Syns for oil i suppose :o
Half a slice of white toast :o

Packet of these weird bubbly things made of beetroot ( no idea what they are called, or syn value?? Anyone help?

    4 ginger biscuits ( 10)
    another alpen lite ( 2.5)

Bananas and yoghurt ( weight watchers 4packs are 2 for £2 in iceland, not the best but they will do)

Tea is grilled pork chop ( F) stirfry veg (peppers beansprouts onion, mushroom, courgette, bamboo shoot) and rice. Sauce is 2 synsfor my serving s it was 8 for the jar we had half of it last week)

So not the best day, I do have dime bars in the fridge calling my name though and I am going to resist hopefully and only have half. Nowhere near 1.3rd superfree here :o no wonder im starving :o

    Will try again tomorrow

Ps no luck with blackberries as it was pouring with rain and i was drenched! Will try again later in the week!
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast
