LYNZ, Did you go to a sw group and do the maintenance bit? I started at group but didn't like leader too much so decided to go it alone, which was ok, but then didn't know how to hold on to target when I got there. I even took a pic of the scales reading with my phone because I knew I wouldn't be able to stay there!

Trying to think of other things you can do re stress instead of eating, but I know what you mean - food is just so easy.

Stick with it anyway; I am sitting here full of junk and thinking tomorrow is another day.

    Good luck!

PS DizzyK - what do you mean about calculator? Am I being thick?

What I do is chop up some potato into cubes, slice some carrot and add onion, sweetcorn, peppers, mushrooms - whatever you've got really. Boil it up for about 10 minutes, blitz it and add it to the curry. Bulks the curry up to make it go further, requires less meat (or you can go veggie), is really filling and cheap!

Done it previously with the veg, a dollop of 0% Total yogurt and Asda Smartprice/Tesco Value/Sainsbury Basics under 10p a go curry sauce and it's gorgeous, dirt cheap and goes down a storm. Can easily get 6 portions out of it. It also freezes well (better if it doesn't have the yogurt in!)

I tried this and it was great!! Used the chicken tikka recipe so nearly all the sauce was made up of vegetables except a little bit of spice and tomato pur!e! I'm so impressed!

No I never went. My sis is a consultant so she sold me some of the stuff. I just get info off her, minimins, and here and the magazine and the SW website. I knew I wouldnt stick at going plus I cant really afford it at the mo. I wouldnt mind starting a group now though to motivate me to maintain. I think I need the help, but would I be able to do this if I dont really have anything to lose? Prob not!

Hate to be the bearer luv but crisps are 7.5 im afraid :( ( as per my green book which I have now found)

Potato Crisps Standard 7.5 on all plans. Amazingly "thick cut crisps" does this include Mccoys? are less at 7.0 on all plans :)

Seems like an easy way to save half a syn :D

Squares are 6.00 as well btw. french fries 5? Quavers 5?

Think you must have an old book, walkers crisps are 25g = 6.5 syns, 34.5g = 9 syns & Mccoys are 8 syns [I know cos had some earlier :o].
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Lynz, have you looked into being a consultant then or does it impact on your hand? It has been a few years since we were both very stressed about selling at the same time and on Flylady but I do remember your way with words, etc. I could see you being a very inspiring consultant.
