just had a lovely little knocked together lunch of asda hot n spicy chicken breasts which I had left over from yesterday, some shredded lettuce, chopped tom & cucumber and a sauce of yog with mint&a little cayenne pepper all mixed up in a bowl....nomnomnom :D just hoping it doesnt aggravate my tum too badly

update on the tum situation. The doc yesterday has reduced the meds I was on for the hernia & acids and thrown a different one in the mix to see if that helps and im now to take 2x movical magic powders twice a day.....hopefully this will sort me out!;)
  • Hi to all,

Is there room for yet another Newbie:question::). I have done SW several times before but now back to sqaure one me thinks.

Got first WI tonight, have signed up via NHS Lose Weight Feel Great plan where first 12 weeks are free but also have to attend activity session straight after SW class, unsure how 'active' this is, hopefully wont make a fool of myself:rotfl:.

Dont know what my loss target will be until get starting weight this evening:eek:.

I have been following thread since requested going on plan 10 days ago and I always route for you guys when you let us know its weigh in day, and feel positive this time round that with the helpful hints and tips from this thread I can reach my 'ideal' weight.

There, finally stopped lurking and showed myself.

Welcome to the board.:hello: It is very motivating here with everyone helping each other out, I don't think I could have carried on after my blips without everyone here.

As long as you are in the zone it will work.

Good luck and keep posting - it really does help xx

  • I've only got a little bit of weight to lose so I can't join up to the class. I put a stone on recently so I'm at the top of my BMI but not enough for them to let me join. I eat terribly so its more a healthy beating plan to give me goals and something to stick to without putting on more weight.

It's really helped me to eat lots more fruit and veg and stop snacking on sweets, crisps and chocolate because i'm thinking about what i'm eating and not piling lods of cheese on pasta etc.

I'm doing my own weekly weigh in but hoping it stays the same. I think SW is really easy way to stick to a healthly diet if your not 100% sure how bad things are. I'm cooking from scratch much more too and taking lunch into work rather than buying stuff there.

Good luck tonight hope it all goes well :o)

:mad: flippin fairies came again last night :mad:

Ate a whole pack of choc crispies, 3 slices of white toast, crisps & goodness knows what else :(

Struggling to keep faries at bay today. Not had my 1/3 superfree & still dont seem to be loosing weight with EE. I like it better than green/red as it seems more normal.

Just dont know what to do.............

Maybe you are not eating enough to keep the hunger pangs at bay which then leads to the naughty foods?

I have tried to eat 5 times a day this week and it seems to be working - as in I am not straying to the cupboard for a cheese sandwich or ice-cream. However WI will be the true test.

Afternoon all, welcome to our batch of newbies (that makes me sound like an old hand when I'm probably still a newbie myself) Good work you losers, keep up the fight everybody else.
Anyways..... back from work now and been fed and watered, just contemplating what to cook for dinner tonight, I'm making my lot a curry but I'm not really into currys myself, having said that I do like bryani and I have a packet of 'zappable' Biryani rice in the cupboard any idea what I could cook to go with it?
