Quick and easy, and only around 3 syns a portion.
Lazy I suppose for me to use ready-made sauces, but with a busy work/personal life it makes a quick (healthy) and tasty meal!0 -
Hello all, I bought a pair of Tesco £3 jeans [size 10] last time I was at target but never wore them as didn't fit [still have price label on]. I thought I'd try them on this morning AND .............. they still don't fit so that was a let down :rotfl:
Need to do a bit more of this >to fit in them
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

ello all! hope you're all having a good day and keeping those pesky fairies at bay!
Green day today (down to my last pennies! so using up everything just now)
B - muller yog, strawbs, cherries
L - baked spud and beans, satsumas
D - Maybe some savoury rice and the rest of the courgettes, or will make those smash bhajis again."I believe in manicures. I believe in overdressing. I believe in primping at leisure and wearing lipstick. I believe in pink. I believe happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day and... I believe in miracles."

Just another question. On extra easy do you have to have a red day or a green day. Or could you mix the two together?Pay off Debts by Christmas 2015 = DEBT FREE!0

Chicken curry which is 1 syn on green, extra easy and red
Chicken curry in red pepper sauce which is 1 syn on green, extra easy and red
The chicken is 6 syns on green if not a Healthy Extra 'b' choice - or you could use quorn.
These curries are Lush....Ive got the hardback curry feast book...love it!!
I sometimes make just extra sauces and freeze them so I can chuck in whatever I fancy(frozen mixed veggies&prawns usually) if Im a bit rushed0 -

Dizzy, or anyone really, do you have the curry heaven book? Have got the mince out of the freezer to make the Beef Kafta curry but now can't find the book I bought last week. I'm terrible for tidying up and forgetting where I've put things. Need the recipe for that book or the mince will go to waste coz have no other inspiration for it :-)
Doh, rubbish Screamer. How many syns in the smash bhajis? I can't have a curry without the bhajis and the spicy raita, it just seems wrong :-)
EDIT: Have found it lurking under Gary's junk on his computer desk :-)Yaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Even more shocking is that I can put the words "Happily" and "Married" into the same sentence and not have life insurance on my mind when I say it ;-)0 -

I've started getting my fruit and veg at the market. I work in the centre so its not too far away. £6 for my weeks worth today I nearly fell off my perch when they said how cheap it was!Pay off Debts by Christmas 2015 = DEBT FREE!0
