Morrisons have buy 4 muller light get 4 free. Works out at 8 for about £2.20.
One thing I'm confused on with Slimming World is that some of the recipes don't seem to add up to the 2/3 1/3 portion. If this is the case should I be having extra salad and veg with my meal and eating it first?Pay off Debts by Christmas 2015 = DEBT FREE!0 -
Hello ladies
I don't think I've been doing very well this week. Have borrowed my neighbour's Nintendo Wii and both OH and I have overdone it a little over the weekend. Isn't it funny how you can't feel pain when you're drunk lol. I can barely move my right arm.
As for food, I don't think, OK I know, that I haven't had enough superfrees. Like others, I've eaten everything we have in the house but unfortunately even OH has run out of money. I'm afraid if this goes on I won't be doing the diet anymore because we just can't afford it. My mum always says the first year in a new house is the hardest because of all the things you have to buy, the little things that crop up and of course we have to enjoy ourselves every now and then, but things are going to get even tougher now because we have a massive debt to pay before we even think about getting married.
Breakfast today- Half a grapefruit and a mullerlight yoghurt (not got enough milk for cereal)
Lunch- Don't know, going to have to rifle through the cupboards. Maybe an omelette. Had one yesterday and it was lovely. Then an apple or orange, or some of those lovely cherries.
Dinner- Beef kofta curry which is in the SW curry heaven book and rice.
So, not only will I be stunned if I've lost any weight this week, I'll be stunned if we don't bankrupt ourselves buying fruit and veg for every day of the week. Let's just say I'm steering clear of the cherries from now on lol.
Good luck ladies, and well done losers :jYaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Even more shocking is that I can put the words "Happily" and "Married" into the same sentence and not have life insurance on my mind when I say it ;-)0 -

Are you sure it wasnt 4 for £2 ?? I looked on my supermarket before we went to the shop yesterday on the way back from hosp.;)
It was 4 for £1 at my local sains but maybe they have different offers depending on regions??
Also someone asked if Fibre Plus dark can be used as HEb and they can, they seem far to naughty and nice to use as a HE though.SW started 28.06.10 - 4, -7.5, -1.5, -2.5, -1, -1and 1/4, -3, +3.5, -2.50 -

I know this feeling too screamer, me and my boyfriend moved in together in March. We are trying really hard to get the place feeling 'homely' and it's finally starting to look that way. We've bought a few things every couple of months and it's all been paid in cash, rather than resorting to credit cards which we were worried about.
I've really tried to cut back on the junk I was used to buying and this frees money up for fruit and veg. Also, we use online shopping at Tesco - which I reckon has saved us about £60 a month, as you don't get tempted whilst walking around the store! :j0 -

Its a bit of a head mash at 1sttook me a little while to get my head around the 1/3 thing.....I even had a cup that I has to put stuff in to see if it looked the same as my jacket spud lol :rotfl:
There are some meals where you will find that 1/3 of salad or veg is just ...ahem..not gonna go, like a curry with cabbage and carrots lol. So I have a bit of side salady tom+onion with yog&mint but then Il make up later by eating some fruit.
As long as at the end of each day whatever food you have eaten-1/3 of it has been superfree you wont be going far wrong0 -
