    morning all
just had my WI and lost a miserable 1lb
i know it's a loss but after last week and walking for hours this week i'd like to have done better

think i'm going to try EE maybe
can someone please tell me if you buy chicken and ham and things like that in the supermarket pre-packed (like you would buy to put in a sandwich) - are these free or not ?

i think of them as processed so worried about getting it all wrong !!
i don't eat much meat anyway but think my love of cereal and bread isn't helping me , therefore EE with only one HE A&B might give me a kick start .

    thanks in advance :)

oh and does anyone know why i can thank some folk on here and not others ??? am feeling very rude (sorry lynz and thanks:))

about the "thanks". I was confused by that the other day. Then I figured if someone had "quoted" me in a post, eg this one, then I/you wouldn't be able to thank on that post. At least that's what I decided.
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

Good afternoon all -better late than never ehh!!!
Hello to the newbies and well done to those with losses :T

Got caught up shopping earlier -so now the fridges are heaving again -and my purse is about €60 lighter -although I have got carried away with my fruit :p-hubby was laughing at me as apparently I get all over exciteable when I see plenty of choice in the fruit section -so Im the proud owner of:-
    • 2kg nectarines
    • 2kg apricots
    • 500g sugar apricots
    • a huge sugar melon -so sweet its unbelievable :T
    • 2kg plums -the lovely ones that look like damsons
    • 3 grapefruits
and if it lasts me through to the weekend I will be suprised :o-hubby doesn't eat fruit
ooh and I got my activa zesty lenmon whilst they were still on offer mmmmmm and I can get a lighter version of the crunch corner style yog out here -vanilla yog with white and milk choc covered crispies -just 4syns and a real good mid afternoon snacky :D
I have picked up some extras *whilst they were there* -like 2 more boxes of fibre plus bars(keep em in the fridge ladies -they are yummier) and 2 blocks of cathederal city lighter ..and various other things that won't be needed this week...oh and more meat
Anyway -thats us all set again...

So then...todays red meal plan is :-

    • pineapple
    • mango
    • 198g potatoes (B)
    • ham
    • lettuce
    • cucmber
    • tomato
    • spring onions
    • peppers
    • carrot
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • nescafe frape (0.5)
    • plums
    • apricots
    • nectarines

  • Well I've had a really bad few days. As soon as I think I'm doing well something comes along and ruins it. This time its the boyfriends birthday. It seems to have lasted four days this year and included a lot of alcohol :o Weigh day tomorrow so we shall see

Back on track as of around 3pm this afternoon :p so tea will be:

Chicken chausseur mix (3.5), chicken, mushrooms, onions, mushy peas, boiled potatoes

I've just bought some puffed wheat thinking it is a healthy extra B choice...am I right in thinking this??

Will catch up on the thread when lo is in bed tonight. Hope everybody is doing better than me :D:D

    [*]1 activia lemon (2.5)

MrsM are those activia yogurts the standard 'full fat' whole milk ones?
I was counting them as one syn from the website but am now worried I am making a mistake.
    Trying to keep in budget.

Just had the Beef Kofta curry and got to say I didn't like it very much. Have left most of it. It was basically just spicy tomato sauce and some very dry and plain meatballs. Am hoping I have better success with other curries from the book.
Yaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Even more shocking is that I can put the words "Happily" and "Married" into the same sentence and not have life insurance on my mind when I say it ;-)
