Morning everyone.
Hot today for me with forecasts of it getting hotter this weekend
Today (EE)
B - 2 little toast, beans, egg, and tomato (all free)
L - half fish bake (3) salad (F)
D - H/m chilli burgers, salad and potatoes in some free form. (All free)
I was naughty and had a cornetto last nightbut it is within this weeks syns so far. I've just made a vow out load so OH heard :rotfl:.. no more icecreams!! I'll have to make my own lollies in my moulds today to stop the icecream monsters.
Good luck today everyone xx"People buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like" - Clive Hamilton on Consumerism.0 -
Good morning folks!
I've been away for a few days visiting and socialising. I was really good with the food, but on the first night my friend and I chatted till the wee small hours and downed two bottles of redThe scales are a touch up today, but not too bad considering, so I am really on plan and focussed on Tuesday WI now!
I bought a new bike this week so my friend is coming over to go out for a spin with me. That should be fun, I haven't ridden a bike for two years since my physio banned my last bike as it was exacerbating my neck problem. So I have treated myself to a dutch style sit-up-and-beg bike. My friend is coming over for a bike ride so I'd hoped for a loevly sunny day, but it is looking a bit iffy - but at least it isn't raining....
Breakfast is 1 Morrisons weetabix with milk (1/2 HEA & HEB)
For lunch we are taking a picnic but I have used WM bread buns for my HEB's and have lots of fruit and low cal drinks, so I should be okay.
Haven't planned dinner yet as we may eat out, but I have a lentil casserole (free) in the freezer as a back stop.
I may have a bag of quavers with my picnic for some of my syns.
PS = spoke to soon... it's raining....I'm a retired employment solicitor. Hopefully some of my comments might be useful, but they are only my opinion and not intended as legal advice.0 -

I'm very interested in how you get on MrsM... especially at WI time. I'll be watching you :rotfl:"People buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like" - Clive Hamilton on Consumerism.0 -

I'm really excited- starting a fish week myself from today. Not hoping for as big a loss as the lady on the minimins thread (8Ib in one week!) but three would be nice.
feeling really positive about the coming week.
The amazing thing about that lady (snuggles) is that she had already lost 128lb :eek:and was only 18lb from goal..so there is hope for us
Im not pinning my hopes on a loss that big either -just thought it would shake things up a little and I do love my fish *although ask me if I do after 14 meals of it* :rotfl:
Trixietoes...I will report in and Im sure Laura will too ... if it makes much of a difference I am thinking of alternating between 1 week red and 1 week red (but fish based)...
My problem is that I struggle to get my syns used -but I know that fish doesn't keep me full for as long as meat-so i may need those syns. This weeks mission is to try and use my syns (famous last words ehh).
