    Afternoon all

Can I join you please? :o I have done SW off and on for few years but I'm back to square one now and need to get my butt in gear and lose weight. I've had an emotional month or so and comfort ate lots so now I feel ready to get back into it and stick to plan.

Hello, I'm back. Just nipped out for some fruit and vegetables to the Co-op (it's nearest, not cheapest by any means, but the difference is a 10 mile each way drive). They are selling muller lights at 5 for £1.50 = 25p each! Other good news (for me at least) today is I checked the syn value of Asda Meat Free MeatBalls as I really love them, and it's 2 syns for the whole frozen pack. A pack would do me for at least 5 meals so I reckon they're worth having, I'll make a lovely rich tomato sauce to put them into.

Quaaaark: I've mixed it unsuccessfully with Marmite; successfully with chopped anchovies, blue cheese, some Options banoffee powder (I put this between two tiny meringues to see if it worked, it did!). This morning I spread quaaark onto a seedy ryvita and then topped it with some chopped bacon, tomato and mushroom that I had zapped through the microwave. It was lovely.
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!

Thanks Flutterby - will def give that a go!!

Just come back from asda - they have shape zero yogs on offer for £1 :D

I also managed to pick up some blueberries for 10p and a tropical fruit medley for 10p! Woo! Gonna have the medley for dessert later on :D and the blueberries tomorrow with my brekkie!

OH got 2 of their fresh salads (cheese and pasta and ham and egg) for 10p each! Plus a french stick for 15p! He's a happy bunny now.

I have just made honey and stem ginger quark. The whole pot totals in at 5 syns and its yummy!

While i am here i am going to post today's food - red day for me :)

Didn't get up til 11am today!

Brunch - 28g fruit and fibre (1/2heb1) with milk (hea1) and chopped banana followed by 1 w/g crackerbread with 1tsp of nutella (1/2 heb1+1.5syns)

Snacks - tasters of my mum's cherry plum jam (OMG ITS AMAZING!) 2 syns, 3 mikado sticks 1.5

L/D- Chicken breast fillets with cabbage, french beans, butternut squash, carrots, mushrooms and beanshoots (bit of a mix i know lol)

Right so i have used 5 syns and 1 heb and 1 hea..

Later on was gonna have some ham, spread with onion quark and sprinkled with grated cheese (hea2) rolled up with 1/2 packet of crisps on the side 2.5 syns (will give the rest to my sis!) That leaves me with my heb and 7.5 syns..... to use. Am thinking about having half a derby scone (4.5syns) with some of mum's jam (2) with a cuppa!! Also might squeeze in a hifi bar! hehe.

    Total syns = 13
All hail to the sale!!!!!!

Oooh I'm taking this as a sign....my daily freecycle email came through an hour ago and one lady had a box of magazines that she wanted to get rid of which included 6 old SW mags from 2007/8. I emailed her straight away and I'm just back from picking them up :D:jI'm going to read through them all and see what recipes I can use :j

I wouldn't shake about quite like that Dizzyk, the result could be quite unpleasant and maybe even dangerous (Toxic waste, see? )

Hope your feeling better now XX
