Did you manage to exchange your scales yesterday Lynz?

I think EE just seems more 'normal' somehow.

An occasional green day is great tho if you want a blowout on SW chips & beans and a homemade pizza tho.....real comfort food.....keeps them fairies of mine away as I dont have room left for them to throw things at me lol....but I cant really do many as I dont find my weight loss is as good for some reason....I tend to save these for PMT times

    Morning Friends!

,if i use wine in my chicken to cook it,do i syn it? hummmmm i never have before but only try to use 10 syns per day anyway

Technically....yes you would have to syn it, but you're roasting it rather than casseroling it.so it depends what will you do with the stock that comes off it? if you're not using it then I wouldnt count it but if you are then I guess you would have to as it will have sugar content hope im making sense :o if not il just shut up
    ignore.gif lol

Yeah, i have to say im not 100% convinced by green day. on both times Ive felt very "bunged up" belly wise.

I couldn't squeeze in any more F&V yesterday a coupple of slices of pizza and I was very tired and sleepy.

back to EE today, I agree it definitely feel more normal. no I didn't get the new scales however I might take them back today I do have few things to do at home though so it will be today or tomorrow.

    Thanks,

Good morning, well done on the loss MrsMc, you are doing so well.

come on Lynzpower, grab our hands, we will stop you from slipping further hun.

I am doing a red day because the kids fancy h/m pizza for tea and I can have 2 HEa+b. Just made my pizza base: 75gram wholemeal bread flour, 1/2 tsp of yeast (think that is enough?) salt, some garlic and onion granules, some dried basil. No fat or sugar added so that should be ok for 2 HEb, do you think?

toppings will be meat feast, cubed ham, spicy chicken breast, peppers, onion, tomatoes, will need to pop to supermarket to buy some cheese and mushrooms, which cheese do you think will be best? Low fat versions don't melt so well, I find

Just away to have cooked breakfast, lovely (and try to get the teenager up)

Come on girls, let make this a super loser Sunday, 100% on plan :j
