My friend just went to a leaving party where the party girl had hired a hall and a teacher and all her friends had a couple of hours learning hip hop, he's been trying to teach me and we decided we'd try to find some online instructions and have a go, he said it was a good workout and good fun! I've also got a belly dancing dvd here that someone passed on to me; I did belly dancing for a few months and really enjoyed it until the teacher stopped planning the lessons and instead spent the lesson working out what to do next, whilst we all stood and watched, that was a waste of time and money. It was fun at first though.:jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

Cholle masala is chickpeas in spices etc and it is vegetarian and it WAS very nice, I ate it all in factand I don't care 5.5 syns is nowt, I still have enough for a glass of wine
AWW poo(pardon the pun:D) it was worth a try :rotfl:

Lynz on a green day if you are out you might be best with jacket potato topped with beans or some cheese (you are allowed 2 HEA on green, so one could be cheese), or a salad. It seems a shame to have to syn the vegetarian sausage when you can cook quorn ones at home for nothing.
Now I've just remembered something, if anyone out there lives in Shropshire and is stuck for a healthy meal out on Red or EE, the fish stall in the market hall in Shrewsbury now has some tables and does loads of fish dishes with salads, absolutely fabulous.

Yeah I know. It tasted like a lina mccartney sausage as well, not quorn.
Im already having low fat mozzerella for my pizza tonight ( oh is cooking, a night off for me at the stove lol)
I should have planned better, definitely. Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

Oh dear oh dear oh dear - yesterday started off so well and has all gone downhill since
It was someones leaving do at work so I prepared well, weetabix(HEB) + Milk (HEA) and banana fror breakfast, lots of fruit mid morning, mozzarella (HEA) and tomato salad at lunch. FF Yoghurt.
Mid afternoon had some couscous and yoghurt as I knwe I'd be hungry later on
But oh my, yesterday afternoon was just awful at work and I decided to let my hair down.
Suppose I really ought to syn up the disaster that followed but I might make myself feel sick again; burger and a few chips for tea, 1 glass wine, 1 g&t, 2 shots of flavoured vodka and 6 cocktails later.......
Original plan for today was t use no syns to make up for it, but I honestly didn't think I was going to make it to the end of the day when I woke up this morning. Have attempted to minimise the damage whilst trying to feel vaguely human
Green Day
Breakfast 2 pm = bacon butty bread (HEB) bacon (HEA) and tea - lots of tea (HEA for milk)
Forced myself out to the park for a bit of fresh air whilst the boy ran off some of his excess energy. Sugar levels started to nosedive so had a chocolate brownie (10 syns)
Then had to go shopping- had some blueberries between shops
By the time I'd finished I could feel myself going downhill again so we stopped off on the way home for takeaway which seems to have done the trick. Had boiled rice so that's all good then half a portion of mushroom foo yung and 1/3 portion vegi chow mein - does anyone have an idea of the syns on these as I can't find them in the book or online.
And I am NEVER drinking cocktails again (apart from mojitos - they don't count)0 -
Was a very good girlie yesterday but had lunch out today............massive burger and chips. oopsWhen Life Throws You Lemons Make Lemonade0
