    Hi all,

Just got back from a lovely day out at Durdle Door on the Jurassic Coast in Dorset. OH and I are lucky enough to live only an hour away. We went for a walk down and up again around the rocks and beaches then rewarded ourselves with lunch.....

The fairies must have sneaked into the car on the way there.....I had cod and chips.....oops!

Oh well, it tasted bloody good after all that sea air and walking, tomorrow is another day. I did refuse an icecream down by the beach, so it's not all bad :)

All I need now are either batteries for the scales or a new set, I'm sure our current ones are knackered!

Them Flippin fairies again !!! they sabotage our diets and wreck our appliances rant2.gif They had my GHD's last week......Ive left them the iron to have a go at today - but ooooh no they wont touch that will they! banghead.gif :rotfl:

I'm wondering what kind of day to call today? I like to fill in the online food diaries on the SW website, and you have pick from Red, Green or EE.

    I've had today:

Breakfast - 2 x weetabix, mullerlight and blueberries
Lunch - can of diet coke, battered cod, chips, peas and tartar sauce at the beach
Dinner - will just be fruit and more mullerlight. I'm too full up for anything heavier.

What kind of day does that sound like? (other than a total balls up!)

    there you go Inazuma.

Shouldn't be any viruses attached so you're all safe to look :-)
Yaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Even more shocking is that I can put the words "Happily" and "Married" into the same sentence and not have life insurance on my mind when I say it ;-)

    well.....
If you go green your peas and chips (except the frying bit ) would be free but you would syn some of the fish (Im guessing it was a bigger than HE portion) and the batter and frying of chips

If you go red the fish is free but syn the chips (and the frying of and batter) but peas would be a HE I think??

EE Then Its ALL Kind of free.....(the fish without the batter the potato the peas but you would have to syn for the naughtiness of the frying.

so...... Me thinks...call it an EE flexible syns be a good girl tomorrow day with lots and lots of superfree and not a lot of syns

Thank you ladies. It's even better in the flesh. I guess I am a tiny bit biased but I've looked at hundreds of rings and I truly like this one more than any :-) One very happy Screamer here :-)

Currently, champagne lol. I will probably stick to my plan of JP and chicken and sweetcorn in mayo because it sounds nice. I'll just keep sipping my champagne and to be totally honest, I don't care if I put weight on this weekend, I'm just so happy! :-)
