Well I went out on my bike and must have sweated off at least a 1/4 pound :rotfl:

How many of you will admit jumping on the scales every morning (in the nuddy) in between weigh in's?

    I'll start me :D

How much have you lost then Dizzy? :D

After saying I was having trouble eating earlier I had a fibre plus and it was like the flood gates opened. I have stuffed myself with hubbys bread :o, was VERY nice though & * week started as well so thats why.

    So food today was:

    B - weetabix milk [a] coffee

L - lettuce, toms, cue, s/onion, 2 sml handfuls pasta, beans, raw mushroom, celery.

T - 2 quorn sausages, loads cherry toms, couple mushrooms, beans, scrambled egg.

    Snacks - sherbet lemon [1.5], fibre plus , garlic/cheese[a]flatbread [estimating 32 ]

Syns - 33.5  but only had 23.5 all week so still within weekly syns.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

Morning dizzy  and anyone else around :)

Hope everyone is well. I am going to stick to plan this weekend due to my massive oversynning this week, I cant be trusted to have a "weekend off".

I was thinking of doing fgreen day today - could anyone help- would this be ok
HEA- 1- skim milk for tea
    HEB -1 - Alpen Lites
HEA 2- low fat mozzerella? can I have this
HEB- tescos wholemeal bread mix made into pizza dough ( is this ok?)

Breakfast- Alpen lites, strawbs and yog
Lunch- hoping for a chicken kebab and salad ( would this be allowed, grilled chicken greek kebab?) If not what would be a good out-and-about lunch option on green?
Tea- pizza using HEA&B 2 topped with tomato, peppers, spinach, sweetcorn, mushrooms red onion?, with side salad

Syns- going to limit these and have a dime bar later tonight ( hopefully thats all)

Feeling rather despondent as yesterday was not a fairy free zone at all :( polished off a whole pack of biscuits. Not buying them again, cant be trusted :(
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast
