Hey
Maybe I could go to a caff and have egg, beans, mushrooms?
I have never eaten out on green days am rather confuzzled lol
I AM going to TRY MY VERY HARDEST TODAY.
If I dont get back on plan PROPERLY then the whole achievement will get lost and I will give up!I know myself :beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

great idea.....or jacket and beans from a stall?? if you have some carby stuff your more likely to remain 'full' and satisfied....which is why I said about the chips with the pizza....and leaving less room for fairy stuff :T0 -

Well im really pleased with myself this is the 7th day that I have followed the plan without over syning
Ive had many, many bad days bt seem to be back on track.
Ive changed to EE as it seems to satisy my cravings. Yesterday I only used 4 syns, just couldnt fit anything else in. It will be interesting to see if it slows my loss down as I was red/green plan before
I totally ignore the biscuit cupboard, i did stop buying them but the kids moaned & I couldnt take the moaning any longer.0 -
Good Morning all
Looks like being a lovely day here-hubby will be home later...
Dizzy -glad someone else has a golf mad hubby... although I must admit he always asks if I mind before he agrees to play in comps etc, and being in the forces-a lot of the time he is playing in work hours. I now go with him most Saturdays -we go out a "silly o'clock" and I walk round with him watching the deers, eagles and other wildlife
well my red meal plan for today is looking like this:-- melon
- plums
- tuna fish
- 42g low fat cheddar (A)
- 198g steamed potatoes (B)
- lettuce
- carrots
- cucumber
- tomatoes
- onions
- peppers
- beetroot
- gherkin
- plums
- activia zesty lemon (2.5)
- piri piri turkey kebabs
- 198g potatoes (B)-wedged in:-
- salad *as above*
- 1/4tsp oil (0.5)
- 250ml semi (A)
- crunchy corner yogurt (4)
Weigh day for me tomorrow0.5lb would be good enough as it will give me my 4st award
... and anything more than that will be a bonus....

Hello ladies, hope you're having a good day :-)
Dizzy, you'll be pleased to know that I'm up early enough to have breakfast. Feel a bit lousy today but hey ho, I'll get over it. OH has just gone into Leeds to pick my engagement ring up. Can't wait to see it, I'm so excited. That may mean that my diet will probably go to pot tonight because of celebrating but I'm sure I'm allowed that lol.
Breakfast today- 2 weetabix, cup of coffee, half a grapefruit
Lunch- Soup
Tea- Jacket potato with chicken, sweetcorn and extra light mayo with salad.
I've also got a huge bowl out of the cupboard and piled al my fruit up in it. If I'm tempted to snack on anything, I've got all this lovely fruit in front of me. I'm so happy to be able to eat grapefruit again, have had a change of medication and couldn't eat grapefruit on my last stuff. I truly love grapefruit :-)
Hope you all have a lovely day. Will post pictures of my ring if any of you want to see it!!!!
Right, got housework to do. Keep it up ladies, and good luck! xxYaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Even more shocking is that I can put the words "Happily" and "Married" into the same sentence and not have life insurance on my mind when I say it ;-)0 -
Morning all,
Either I'm not doing things right or I need new scales.....
I had a sneeky look this morning (WI is on Monday) and they show no difference whatsoever!
Argh.......!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson
It's always better to be late in this life, than early in the next0
