Thanks for that also Dizzy. I know I look OK if I'm 9 stone, but those height and weight charts say I should be around 8 stone or a little over. I look like a skeleton when I get to that weight. Actually, it's that weight that made me want to put on weight, just not 3 stone lol.
Yaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Even more shocking is that I can put the words "Happily" and "Married" into the same sentence and not have life insurance on my mind when I say it ;-)

NOOOOOO, I'm not letting it put me off. Yes, I was a bit upset but stayed behind a little bit last night with some of the new starters and realised that I'm somehow not eating enough, and especially not enough superfrees. So, I'm all raring to go and am scoffing enough superfrees tonight to feed a pig for a week :-)

Wouldnt mind some inspirational chat about how to get as much superfree in as possible. I *try*to go for half a day but I havnet managed it really for a few days I dont think ( fairy scum)

Today I feel like I've done better as Ive had
    banana and yog
Pineapple and yog ( 1/4 of large one)
Few shovelfulls of couscous salad ( cc, onion, radish, carrot, red pepper)
bag of snackjacks (4.5) 5x ginger biscuits (12.5 :o) ham
Dinner is a pork chop spiced on the GF all fat removed :D , a bit of rice, stirfried veggies ( peppers, carrot white cabbage, onion, beansprout, bamboo shoot babycorns mushrooms) in Oyster sauce (2 syn - 1/4 jar) Veggie willl be the largest part
Need to eat up the strawbs for pud as they are on the way out need to buy yet more

Have oversynned but think I have done well with my 1/rd superfree?
Was going to do the spring rolls but cant be faffed, maybe tomorrow! ( esp as I am over the syns yet again
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

    Hi everyone :)

I joined Slimming World last night so I'm new to all of this. I'm wanting to know how many syns are in a sachet of Blue Dragon stir fry thai green curry sauce it's a 120g sachet. Can any of you help me? I usually put this into my butternut squash soup so I'm desperate to find out.

    Thanks! :)
Our 1st baby is due 29th December 2007! :rudolf:
I'm hopeful that this get's me out of cooking Christmas dinner!

Baby Ruby arrived after 55 hours of labour & an emergency c section on Christmas Day at 14.41 weighing 6lb 6oz...And yes I did get out of cooking Christmas dinner!!:rotfl:
