OOOH Im feeling loads better now thanku hun
.....my tummy is not hurting as bad and ive actually got room for some food now :rotfl:....tho im still 'going' quite a bit its settling down now....but i could do with a nap im shattered lol.

I feel much better today and I woke up with such a flat tummy I couldn't believe it. Having trouble getting myself to eat today, its 3.22pm and I've only had breakfast and a lemon sherbet sweet [hubbys the fairy 'swats him'] Hubby has hm garlic cheese flatbread cooking at the moment [damn those hairy bikers] so will be forced to eat some soon so that will be all my syns today. :eek:Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

I have a question that I hope someone can help me with.
I bought some chocolates from Hotel Chocolat yesterday in Southampton, of course I couldn't resist as they were on offer and look scrummy!
Does anyone know how I would work out the syns in each one? they have a list of ingredients on the back but not the nutritional content.

Not sure on that, but I always do and I always do EE.
For example
breakfast Fruit, yog
Lunch Pasta and sauce
Snack fruit
Dinner meat, veg

sorry nocant think of a way without the extra info....im guessin ur going to eat it anyway lol? so just syn it as a normal decent choccy bar

Hey everyone,
Deep breath and....I'm here!
Started Slimming World on Monday and so far I've got loads of EE days behind me. I was on this diet awhile ago and was losing 4lbs a week whilst eating mountains of food, so I think it's the way to go for me. Kinda worried about Monday's WI (at home) because I have been eating a lot, but this thread is great, I've been reading it at work and I'm hooked!
So, today was EE.
Breakfast: Wholemeal toast (HEB), pineapple in fromage frais
Lunch: Jacket potato, tuna, salad and 2 plums.
Dinner: Take away. BUT I'm having a chicken kebab, no pitta and extra salad, so all FREE! A free take away sounds amazing to me
Snacks: Hob nob (4.5). Seriously was NOT worth 4.5 syns Rainbow Drops 4 syns (I think)
Pretty impressed with today. Saving syns for a white magnum tomorrow, yum!I like to make money
Best wins: £3,000 luxury holiday, holiday in Cornwall, £250 Murad Skincare hamper, angle grinder
