If you are going EE, Id up the fruit and veg here Jill.

Like strawbs or so with the weetabix

Then maybe some mushrooms, tomato etc with the lunch

And fruit for pud is fine with the cod... although I might be tempted to do carrots with it. :)

Good idea - I do love mushy peas so does DH (gives him wind)

I went to Tunisa several years ago and they had brussell sprouts on offer at breakfast. Not sure it goes with omlettes at 8.00 in the morning :rotfl:

Funnily enough they were offered up at breakfast time when we went to Kos this year too, felt hard as bullets too! didn't fancy them at all!

Dizzyk , so pleased you're getting rid of that excess baggage, must be such a relief. Next weeks WI should be amazing!:j

I had WI last night and had 1lb loss which I was a bit (well ok ..... a lot) disappointed with as, i think I've said before, I've been trying to 'shake' things up a bit by changing things about but a loss is a loss. I've been doing this for so long now I should be some sort of expert but I seem to pick up something new every time I come on here so a big THANKYOU to everybody.
