No, not the plan, something a bit bigger than that, am being deliberately vague due to prying eyes  But if there was a biscuit tin I would have ate everything in it. Was even considering making a cake yesterday  Food = comfort in times of stress. Ive had a lot of stress over the last couple of years = overweight. Thank god for the plan, it sort of keeping me on the straight and narrow- ish. Would have been fine yesterday had I not succumbed to half a snickers. :wall:

I wouldnt bother with the 1st ones you were going to get Lynz....they really are pantsas for cheap manual ones....I think there is too much scope for cheating (moving your head so they say what you want them to lol) I got 832/4647 like I say I really cant fault them at all. I dont know about the other ones you were thinking of...iv not tried them, but they have 30 day guarantee so you could try them? (thats what I did...with 3 lots hee hee) I like mine cos the do 1/4 pound losses :T)

I agree skim in tea is pretty nasty, but the amount of tea i drink means that using skim is probably a lot better for me. ho humTakeItEazy wrote: »I find it really strange how we can all weigh different weights but still be in the same dress sizes. I'm a size 11/12 [not quite a 10] and 10st whiles others can be 12st+ and still be a size 12. Can't get my head round that. I still don't understand how I had gained over 1.5st but was still a size 12 and now lost that and still same size [although really loose]. I'm really confuddled now
.
Oh I know what you mean it seems that no matter what shape/weight everyone comes back to a size 12 in the end! I have friends a lot bigger/taller/heavier/lighter/smaller etc than me and we all wear the same size! I was a 12 years ago when I was a little skinny thing, then I put on weight over 4-5 years and I am stilla 12 just a really squishy one with a bit of a muffin top!! I guess it could come down to clothes sizes and shapes changing, and the fact that the same size is different in most shops - so it depends where you buy your clothes!
Having a semi-SW day today as I've run out of Ryvita so I've just had a bit of extra cereal. Pasta and veg for lunch then out for dinner yet again ("help! my social life is making me fat!":rotfl:should be the name of my new book) But I'll probably have fish and salad or chicken and rice with veg.Betty B: The Eternal Procrastinator....
