I find it really strange how we can all weigh different weights but still be in the same dress sizes. I'm a size 11/12 [not quite a 10] and 10st whiles others can be 12st+ and still be a size 12. Can't get my head round that :o. I still don't understand how I had gained over 1.5st but was still a size 12 and now lost that and still same size [although really loose]. I'm really confuddled now :p.
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T

    Morning everyone.

After yesterdays slight disappointment I decided to measure myself this morning as I was feeling smaller and clothes felt a touch baggier... and I have lost an inch off my backside :j and boobs :( and some odd 1/4 and 1/2's off everywhere else since my last 'reading' and that has made me feel better. I also looked back on my diary and realised that in the past month I have only lost 1lb!! :o OH thinks in that case SW isn't the best thing.. I disagree as we've had some big naughty eating weekends in that month.

I've been on the bike for 10 mins also this morning and I will either get the Wii fit out or do my pilates DVD and then another 10mins on the bike.

Interesting to read about peoples views on weightloss on the different plans. When I did SW years ago red was good for me, there was no EE then. Greens are giving me tummy ache so I may try reds and EE see how they go. I suppose it is about experimenting on what is best for you.

Have a good day people, I'll post my diary when I've decided what I can be bothered to make today.
    xx

No, not the plan, something a bit bigger than that, am being deliberately vague due to prying eyes  But if there was a biscuit tin I would have ate everything in it. Was even considering making a cake yesterday  Food = comfort in times of stress. Ive had a lot of stress over the last couple of years = overweight. Thank god for the plan, it sort of keeping me on the straight and narrow- ish. Would have been fine yesterday had I not succumbed to half a snickers. :wall:

Im getting the WW scales that are 13.49 http://www.argos.co.uk/webapp/wcs/stores/servlet/ProductDisplay?storeId=10001&catalogId=1500002451&langId=-1&productId=1500752923 are these the ones you got?
