    hola ladies (and any men out there!) not had the chance to fully catch-up on what's going on now i'm back at work and spent all of last night playing with my lovely new iphone!! I had a good day yesterday and had 3 syns. my friend who visited the states brought me back a butterfinger choccie bar but i've left it in my drawer at work as it's 13 1/2 syns and to me, no choccie bar is worth a syn pounding like that!!

    Today's eating;
    B - Lemon hifi, banana
    L - jacket with tinned makerel in tomato sauce, fruit salad, cherries
    D - no idea, going to (future) parents in law. hopefully not too synful and won't be drinking as i'm driving.

    i'm a bit worried with how much fruit i've been eating, a woman at group has said she never loses weight when she has a fruit-filled week and hope i'm not the same. coming up for *week so i don't think it'll be too promising on the scales next WI either.

    will catch up on posts and see what you lovely lot have been up to!! x

    Well brilliant! I have just got back from Argos with my new scales and they are bobbins

    Will have to dig deep for the ones you got there dizzy or maybe find them cheaper somewhere else.

    sigh!

    Lynz I have just had a look at Argos and the Salter ones I have are on offer at £14.99 not sure what you paid for the others but I thought these were very reasonable. They have good reviews too and the second one is from someone also doing SW!!

    I believe you are not eating enough superfree foods if you are following ee! Mushy peas are only free not super free and you need at least 1/3 of your plate (meal) superfree for it to work properly

    Why not try to have some mushrooms/onions with your scrambled egg and some grilled tomatoes with you fish & chips?

    There is something wrong with me today - i don't feel hungry at all!
    Had some FF yogurt & one quorn sausage earlier but still don't feel hungry - and i feel really bloated :mad: - what is wrong with me? I normally eat loads by this time of the morning!

    & i have just realised there is a corn on the cob still in the oven from last night :o - had all intentions of eating it - turned off oven whilst dishing my dinner up & just completly forgot about the corn :mad: - reckon it will be ok to eat tonight? Or just bin it? Not very MSE of me!

    If you are going EE, Id up the fruit and veg here Jill.

    Like strawbs or so with the weetabix

    Then maybe some mushrooms, tomato etc with the lunch

    And fruit for pud is fine with the cod... although I might be tempted to do carrots with it. :)
