well Thanks to a last minute visit to the loo just before leaving for WI - then needing another as soon as I arrived I got away with a 3lb gain
not brilliant.... but not the 6lb that my scales showed 2hours ago :j:j so.....hopefully things will start getting back to normal now and I can get rid of my excess baggage shortly
I didnt risk staying to class just in case :rotfl::rotfl:0 -

I have oversynned today thanks to the little blighters!! I had 5 quorn nuggets at 7.5 syns (instead of 3!) and 1/2 jar of sweet n sour sauce (3.5) which is 11 syns. Plus i had the crispy things and lemon curd and pasta n sauce and oyster sauce which takes my syns up to 17! BAH!
Thankfully tho - i didn't eat peanut butter last night like i planned so only ended up eating 4.5 syns all day... so i guess its not so bad
I still hate those fairies tho! Grrrr
Tae Bo em Pixie !!!

Thing is tho, I'd have to syn myself for milk - I drink a lot of tea. Perhaps will have a proper EE week next week and see if that makes any difference.
I'm a milk junkie!! Do you drink Semi Skimmed?? I drink Skimmed Milk as i get more milk for my [STRIKE]money[/STRIKE] HEA!!
I find EE is a good compromise... but there are times where i dont want meat but still want all my HE's!! They are the days i go green
(those days and carb craving days - usually a week or so before star week) All hail to the sale!!!!!!

i'm interested to see that others are losing slowly on green
i think my biggest problem is cereals , sometimes i'll have them as a HEB and for syns as well
maybe i should give EE a try ? (thinking out loud !!)
also i have been VERY compulsive with food and as i am trying to curb that the compulsion has moved to buying things
i just bid on a new phone on ebay - my current one is only a few months old
i can afford it but it's not the point - i didn't need it and i knew i didn't need it
i also think the fact that i have not got loads of weight to lose is making it happen slowly too
well done all of you-you're an inspiration

I have Skimmed on my breakfast but just can't stand it in tea - I have tried but it's just not going to happen! So most days for my HEAs I have one SS and one skimmed milk.
I think my EE would end up just being green with 1 HEA and 1 HEB + all my syns each day on milk for my tea. I'm really not bothered at all about eating meat - I was vegi for about 15 years. I don't eat fish at all apart from smoked salmon.
I am very confused though - I thought you couls have as many carbs as you wanted on EE too (if by carbs you mean pasta and rice). I don;t normally overdo it on them anyway - I weigh my pasta (I know I don;t need to but I do) and rice.0 -

Oh yea you can have unlimited pasta/pots/rice etc.. but when it comes to my portion control the 1/3 superfree helps me limit the amount of carbs i do eat with my meal.
As unlike you i will overdo them!! I have before now just had a mountain of spaghetti with my hea of cheese for my dinner, no veg no nothing or i would have tons of SW chips! (v bad of me! No wonder i wasn't losing much!)All hail to the sale!!!!!!

That''s alright then - I was beginning to think that I'd completely misunderstood the whole concept! Wouldn't be the 1st time.0 -
I do mostly green with ee on sundays and had regular losses although noot mrsm size ones
.
The 1st time around I did green with no super frees ie just a bowl of pasta/beans. This could have been the cause of my IBS as never had anything like it before sw. This time around I still have the pasta but add super frees like onions, toms, mushrooms. I'm also having more fruit every day this time.
Now I'm at target I may try to do more ee so can encourage hubby and hopefully he will lose weight. I will also try to plan more meals with him in mind.
Wish me luck :rotfl:Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
