Why can't WI be first thing in the morning? I weighed just 11 stone this morning, now I'm 6lb heavier. All I've had to eat was a chicken salad but have drunk LOTS of water. Do you think I've got a bit of water retention? Considering I've had 6 glasses of water and only been to the loo twice all day, do any of you think that's got anything to do with it? If so, I'll stop stressing!

    Good luck ladies :-)
Yaaay, I finally conned a man into making a honest woman of me. Even more shocking is that I can put the words "Happily" and "Married" into the same sentence and not have life insurance on my mind when I say it ;-)

    Hello everyone,

I think I'm about to have my star week as it doesn't matter what I eat I want something really naughty, so have checked online and a whole Galaxy Cookie Crumble chocolate bar (45g) is 12.5 syns so if I eat no other syns today I'm going to have one of these with a cup of something nice later!

ON another note, I've heard people talking about syn free sausages. Where can you get these? I text my consultant about them and she said that there is a butchers in Walsham Le Willows that do them. Does anyone know this butchers of is W Le W so small there is only one butcher? It's a bit of a drvie from me (I'm in Ipswich) but I'd be prepared to do it to get my hands on them, I bet they're deeeeeee-lish!

    Thanks,
    Nuninge

I live in Felixstowe & they have a sausage shop in Trimley that does syn free sausages - not too much of a drive & you could pop into the farm shop for some lovely veg!
What group did you join? What day do you weigh in?

  • Well, I went to my first slimming world meeting on Tuesday, and it wasn't any where near as scary as I thought it would be.

I've managed to stick really well to what I should be eating, and I'm planning to cook something this eveing that I can put in the freezer for those days you don't want to cook.

I got myself some digital scales yesterday, and this morning, I was gutted when I had about three mini shredded wheat in my bowl! I normally love a bowlful of cereal in the morning!
