when I went to asda and got the birds eye steam fresh veg offer 3 for £3 I also picked up some packs of steamfresh rice, peas, brocoli & corn with a little seasoning that were on the same offer. Did some for lunch with a little stir fry.....and they were really very good (and quick with no mess)
Just thought Id share with you....well worth a try while they are on offer;)0 -

Now I know that means losing 10% of your body weight so that is, for me, losing 18lb.
Just went onto the Slimming World site and to get to a healthy BMI (under 25) I need to get to 10 stone 4, that seems like an awful long way away now, that is 32lbs
Gosh, I need to get my act together don't I?God is good, all the time

Dont be despondent Sian.
Im sure it will all come together. Are you doing just one sort of day? Red/green/ee or mixing?
Its not a diet, a new lifestyle so we cant expect instant results! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -

....I started at 13 12.5 last wk I was 12 8 but with my tum meds bunging me up a peak at the scales is showing 13st todayand its WI tonight  Its gonna take time to shift the weight but we can do it slowly;)
Remember the saying....you cant eat an elephant in one go-you have to do it bit by bit!!!0 -
