    Morning everyone

WI this morning and despite being good and not going over my syns at all this week I have managed to put 0.4lb on so half a lb on. I am 13.02.2:( not the 13st I was hoping for.

THIS WEEK I WILL DO IT!!! 2lb loss is my target for this week.

I think the past couple of days I've not ate enough and especially not enough superfree :o... just normal free stuff. So off to the shops AGAIN grrrrr.. I think I will buy 3 lettuces this time.. which may last til Monday.

I have resolved myself to exercise aswell now :( as I clearly need something more as it's not shifting as quickly as i'd like with these little gains every now and again.

We have just booked a week in Lanzagrote for 1st week in Sept, can't wait! So I'd like to be half a stone lighter for then... 7lb's in 4 weeks?!?! (mexico is with my friends so poor OH has nothing to look forward to).

I'll post food plan later when I know what food I have.

    xx

    Keep your chin up honey!!!

My losses started to stagnate a while back and i found that exercising really gave me a boost. I only do it once a week for 30 mins to an hour (depending on how i feel!) and i've made an effort to walk more. I'm now losing an average of an extra 1lb per week on top of the average before i stagnated...

I also find its more effective if i drink an extra litre of fluid when i exercise... It stops me from getting cramp (i do Tae Bo so lots of kicking and toe pointing) and it helps flush those evil toxins away!
All hail to the sale!!!!!!

    new beginnings...... new successes..

you can get them from an online place Joes sausages....everything syn free......reallllllly nice, lots of different flavours. A little dearer but you do get what you pay for. We have ordered a few times at group and split the delivery cost. they come chilled and you can freeze them.;)

    Good luck Nessie.

Thank you for the kind words, I was disappointed but I'm not feeling so bad as to have a blow out. Hopefully with a bit more exercise I can kick start back into action.

Best get to the shops.... I am getting sooooo fed up of keep going though - never thought I'd utter those words!!
