    Right LADIES

I need advice. I am doing the smae thing I always do with "diets".

    Heres how it is.

My scales are broken. If I am to believe them I am skirting around the 9stone level . I look "bang on". Dont want to lose any further weight as might lose the curves and dont want to. Think I look "right now"

Struggling to gett my head around how to maintain, anyone know.

my sis said I can do 2 things:
2x HEA AND B with EE
    or
    just up the syns

I thought Id go with the latter as Im not a fan of bread or cheese and my K scales are knackd so I cant do weighing of eg cereal

However once the floodgates open I cant stop, the faries made me eat dutch waffles, half a packet of ginger biscuits - that on a green day where I ate:
    HEA1 milk in tea
HEA 2 Cappacino with skimmed milk
    HEB 1&2 4 alpenlites
    Banana yog, clementine
    Half punnet rasperry and yog
Large cc salad with loads of veg in
    loads of diet coke
    2xpacks of WW S&V hoops (3.5each)
JP with veggie chilli and salad. 2x taco shells (4)

I need to know how to syn count if Im having "more syns" not just open the door and let the fairies do what they want.

HELP!!! Im eating like a horse eeeeeeek

No easy answer here, you have to evict the fairies lynz;)

you seem to eat a load of alpen lights so why not go with the 1st choice and have an extra helping of them and and extra cappuchino with milk for your HEA?

    Morning everyone

WI this morning and despite being good and not going over my syns at all this week I have managed to put 0.4lb on so half a lb on. I am 13.02.2:( not the 13st I was hoping for.

THIS WEEK I WILL DO IT!!! 2lb loss is my target for this week.

I think the past couple of days I've not ate enough and especially not enough superfree :o... just normal free stuff. So off to the shops AGAIN grrrrr.. I think I will buy 3 lettuces this time.. which may last til Monday.

I have resolved myself to exercise aswell now :( as I clearly need something more as it's not shifting as quickly as i'd like with these little gains every now and again.

We have just booked a week in Lanzagrote for 1st week in Sept, can't wait! So I'd like to be half a stone lighter for then... 7lb's in 4 weeks?!?! (mexico is with my friends so poor OH has nothing to look forward to).

I'll post food plan later when I know what food I have.

    xx

from your loss chart at the bottom,am I right in thinking that its your *week? If so a 1/2 gain is not bad at all Trixie:)....and will come off with next weeks WI i'm sure. I can put on up to 1.5 on those weeks sometimes!

as for losing 7lb for your Jollies....this is do-able....just increase your superfrees (like you already knew you had to) and a bit of body magic exercise will soon get the lb's shifting again for you :D

    Morning all

ooohh eck -I haven't had any problems with the photos, and Im not aware of anyone on minimins having problems either -but I have just been and removed it "just in case" -sorry if its caused problems for everyone :o

Well done on the losses ladies :T

Thanks for the lovely comment BlackberryRum :D-and I don't think its possible to get out of a bean bag without doing the "drop n roll" movement anyway :rotfl:....

Lynzpower -would it be worth giving yourself a certain number of extra syns -say 5 a day -that way you know you still have that "full stop" like on the normal system. Then if you are still losing you could up the syns by a couple more until you find a level where you maintain...

Well my hubby has left this morning to play golf and will be away until early Satuday morning -so I have checked the house and there are NO fairies in the house -and "Starvin Marvin" is nowhere to be seen ..so I should be safe :p. I have my x-stitching out -that will keep me busy and my head out of the fridge ;), and I plan to meal plan for next week...

So my red meal plan for today is:-
    • 2 eggs scrimbled
    • fresh tomatoes, roast
    • melon
    • plums
    • salmon fillet
    • 1/4 tsp oil (0.5) -to roast :-
    • red onion
    • carrot
    • swede
    • peppers
    • crunch corner yog (4)
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • 1tsp camp (0.5)
    • nectarine
    • plums
    • lean lamb steak
    • 227 potatoes (wedged)(B)
    • 1/4tp oil (0.5)
    • broccoli
    • carrots
    • swede
    • activia zesty lemon (2.5)
    • 250ml semi (A)
    • 1tsp camp (0.5)
    • 1 fibre plus bar (B)
So thats my A+Bs and 8.5 syns used for today biggrin.gif
it leaves 6.5 syns "just in case" any fairies come in the post ;)-although with that lot I would be suprised if I need anything else :p
right I will get off -have a great day everyone,,,

    -6 -8 -3 -1.5 -2.5 -3 -1.5-3.5

Morning all - congratulations to the losers, and commiserations to those who didn't.

Lynz, I found maintaining difficult tbh which is why I am back here. I agree with the idea of stick to EE but up your syns to 20. I got to where I wanted to be then over a year I have put maybe 10lbs back on because I stopped checking. It is dropping off fast again though.

The virus thingy - is it the one where it comes up with your system has a virus and we need to scan? If so I was told by the lovely IT man at work the only way to get out of it is to at once physically switch the power off, and remove the battery (laptop) which has saved me a number of times. If you press anything then you get it. It took him ages to get it off one of our Directors laptops.

Day off for me today so should be home for meals. Off out this morning but there is a good greengrocers so will get more decent fruit.

    B - muesli, skim

    I clearly need inspiration!

Well I only lost 1/2 last night but it is a step in the right direction and I think I need to go back to eating a little more fibre again, ahem... :)

Went to see Inception and took in a big bag of popcorn that I bought from Home Bargains, a quarter of the price in the cinema and shared it with my 2 friends. Film was great, I had my popcorn and had a Hifi bar in case it wasn't enough but I was stuffed. Brilliant film though, I recommend it to anyone, very clever. Had couscous this morning with chopped strawberries, blueberries and raspberries and an orange and chocolate muller, yummy!

Well done on the losses and NSV, glad this thread is so encouraging!

I could also do with some inspiration Hex!

I have in some flat mushrooms, Some new potatoes that need to be used, few normal mushrooms, half a bag of salad, couple of carrots couple of courgettes. Selection of beans, and all the carbs 2x chicken leg portions in the freezer. Couple of eggs. half a bag of quorn mince. A ham to be roasted.

Think I need to go shopping ( again) struggling to see what I can cobble together out of this lot to be honest!

I quite fancy a steak maybe, "roasted" potatoes in frylight, stuffed mushroom ( quark and breadcrumbs?) some sort of veg on the side like babycorn or manetout and a salad.

Otherwise Im running out of ideas - fast!
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
