Good luck for all of those weighing in today.

Today Ive bought couscous from aldi ( 1 syn per sachet ) & its gorgous. coriander & lemon, thai style curry & roasted veg. I can higly recommend them.

In home bargains I found alpen light ( apple & sultana) for £1 a pack, way less than anywhere else & quite scrummy. 2 of these are a healthy B choice.

Im trying a EE plan again. would you look over & see if I have the amounts right please

B- 1/4 melon, muller yog, banana
    L- chicken & ham 2 apples, pineapple, 1/4 melon
    Snack - 2 alpen HEB
    Tea -couscous cold chicken
Still got HEA to have yet

Syns a little icecream 4, couscous 1, mug shot 1 (Can anyone confirm symingtons mug shots are 1 syn each please.)

has he checked the water for oil? if there is oil in the water it sounds like a head gasket? are the heaters hot when you switch them on? that would also say head gasket gone to me, it might be a water pump? but that would make noise that you couldnt ignore,or just a few quid thermostat? i'm sure i'm teaching grandma how to suck eggs (disgusting phrase) so i'll shut up now.... i'll get me coat...:rotfl:

a pint of liquid weighs about a pound tho  thats why I go nil by mouth lol

Maybe this is the reason why I only lost a pound last night. I was busy cutting the lawn late yesterday afternoon and must have drunk at least 4 large glasses of s/f squash.

WOOHOO!! Well done Mrs M, lots of major victories there.:T
How you doing Dizzyk? Any, ahem......action yet? ;)
Good Luck Yoemma for WI. Have those fairies gone yet Lynz? and no it wasn't me that sent them, my WI isn't till tomorrow so I don't know if your EE has had any positive effect on my weightloss yet. I'm feeling quite good about it all at the mo but I'm easily knocked off course, don't need the fairies, can manage it well enough by myself.:D Not seen consultant31 on for a while or have I not been paying proper attention

Aw Mrs M it sounds as though you have had a lovely day!! Good for you! You deserve it!!! :Dsign0200.gif

Dizzyk - how you... ahem... doing?? sign0131.gif -- have another one for luck! :rotfl:

    Today's munchness -EE today :)

B - 28g Sultana Bran (1/2 heb) with milk (hea) banana, cuppa tea (milk hea)

Elevenes - Pack of Tikka Fridge Raiders (1.5)

L - spicy chicken legs (from Morrisons cooked chicken counter...mmmm :) i count these as free as i take off all the skin and fat bits.. there is a bit of a debate when it comes to rotisserie chicken but the lady in Morrisons assures me they do not add any oil! The moistness comes from their way of cooking :)) followed by a fruit salad (melon, kiwi, and grapes)

Carton of ribena, water and sugar free berry squash for drinks.

D - Meat and gravy (3 syns for gravy) with new pots, french beans, runner beans, carrots and cabbage (from allotment :D)

Need to have 1 ryvita sesame to make up my heb which i might have with 1tbsp of peanut butter (4.5)

    Total syns = 9 :)
All hail to the sale!!!!!!

    new beginnings...... new successes..
