    Evening all,

I changed my plans for dinner, swapped the salad for carrots and had a spoonful of gravy on the chicken, so that used up all my syns for the day nicely.

Tomorrow we're going to Southampton, as usual we're having lunch at Nandos. Now instead of the usual food fest I go for I've had a look at their online menu and tried to work out what would be the best syns wise to have. I couldn't find anything on the slimming world website re syns and don't know how to work them out from the nutritional values that Nando's give online.

I was thinking of having the couscous salad with a chicken breast and two corn on the cob on the side, how many syns would I allow for that?

    Thanks all :)

    well done chops 22 :j

I had my corn on the cob and then decided I didn't want dinner. I have had an apple instead. It is funny how full all this veg makes you.
