its a bit like a chameleon (not sure if thats spelt right lol)....it kind of takes on the taste of what you put with it....really versatile;) I use it for savoury like syn free carbonara, and Quiche and for puds...filling for virtually syn free fruit roulade. I also put some in my JPS in place of butter when im having them with baked beans. I think its fab stuff :jI am going to nip to the supermarket shortly to stock up on more fruit and veg and thought I would be brave and pick up some quark - i'm a quark virgin!!! So my question is what does everyone recommend I try with it? I've heard its a bit dry and claggy which puts me off...does it go better with sweet or savoury?0 -
what's the difference with WW wine? i take it that it's reduced sugars? i much prefer SW, i dabbled with WW food for a while but i never lost anything as the wee tins of soup and ready meals weren't very nice and never filled me up. i sometimes get the crisps from poundland.
lockdown from now girls. nil by mouth til 7.01pm when i can get a coffee and a hifi bar. :P

Bit like a milder and slightly thinner version of philidelphia. Oh had some on crackers the other day, I might have had a taste
was nice! Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Could someone work out the syns in Asda minted lamb kofta kebabs for me please?

7.0 sat fat

Forgot to say it was weigh day today and I am +1lb. Not too bad considering I only stuck to plan two days and had kfc and buckets full of alcohol

There are actually different types I have found. The rectangular tub with the foil lid from Tesco is thicker and solid and more dry, more solid like a philadelphia type soft cheese, better for chunks in lasagne or replacing cheese spread on crackers etc. The round tubs from Asda and Morrisons with a plastic lid is smoother, similar texture to a greek yogurt, that would be better for stirring into sauces as it is smooth, not so good on crackers as it is too thin
