    Hey Guys,

    My last day of the fast forward plan - thank god - i miss my coffee with milk and could kill for a takeaway!

    My wedding dress fitting tomorrow - looking forward to seeing how many inches i have lost since January! I have lost nearly 2.5stone since i brought it!

    I took sneaky look at my scales this morning and looks like i have lost another 4lbs this week so far! But i need to make sure i don't blow it at the weekend so the scales are nice to me on Monday!

    Well done everyone x

    Reall dissapointed in myself, had 2 sugar puff cereal bars & a piece of bread with far too much cheese in it before!! Why???
    I went for a walk with lo at 4pm because 4:20 is my danger time where I just want to nibble so thought I'd be good and exercise instead. It didn't work because I just done it when I got home. I had jacket potatoes in the oven as well!!!!! :mad::mad::mad:

    Does anyone know how many syns the Birds Eye Italiano Fish bake is please. I have one in the freezer and was contemplating having half with salad for lunch tomorrow.

    In case anyone is interested. the weetabix oaty bars count as a HEB or 3 1/2 syns - the white choc ones are lush and they're on offer in tescos this week £1 for 5 bars

    My food diary for today is as follows

    Breakfast = Weetabix (HEB) + Milk (HEA)
    Snack = Banana & apple
    Lunch = Jacket Potato with VFF Cottae cheese - forgot my salad - whoopsy!
    Snack = Banana
    Tea - Pasta with quorn bolognaise (2 syns for sauce)
    Pudding = Meringue 2 1/2 syns with Forest Fruits and FF Fromage Frais

    Snack Weetabix Oaty Bar (HEB)

    So 4 and a half syns for me today but I have 3 syns worth of rubbish curly wurly cake left from yesterday if I get desperate ;-)

    So 4 1/2 sysns so far

    Got a 2lb loss at this weeks weigh in - just 1lb needed for 1st stone award :j

    Need to try some different meals over the next week as getting a little bored. I also need to keep grocery spends low so may have to make a list of what I've got and find recipes to fit.

    Anyone got any store cupboard recipes to share?

    Cheers, K
