It is losing 10% of your starting weight.

    For example, mine was 13st 10lb which is 192lb (14lb x 13 + 10lb). So I'd have to lose 19lb to get my club 10 = 173lb (12st 5lb)
Thanks !! i worked it out to be 14.07 Lbs
my starting weight was 10 stone 7lbs

    Morning.

Just realised am meeting an old friend for dinner today - we've got vouchers for Strada but I have not managed to successflly eat out on SW so I dont know what to have. The pasta is always creamy and the pizza and salads are so oily.

You could always ask them to put the salad dressing in a pot on the side and you can add as much as you feel you want to.

Finished the first bottle and refilled it - must drink it all by 3pm

morning all. Can I just report that putting scan brans at the bottom of a dish of yummy bacon, tomatoes, mushrooms and baked beans absolutely ruins your breakfast.

I probably will do that. Apparently Strada have been slated in the news for packing all their meals with fat and oil and making us all obese.

Salad or fish and potatoes with dressing on the side methinks :D

    Here's today's plan

Brek: bacon, egg, 2xww bread (Heb) 1 tsp flora light (1.0)
Pineapple and 2 cups of tea (1/2 heA milk)
    lunch: noodles, mullerlight, strawberries
Dinner: as discussed! fish/salad with diet coke or tap water

Prob have to whack a few syns on for the goodness knows what in the meal, but at least if I have some cheese some of it will count towards my other 1/2 HEA.
In fact it was an EE day but could I make it a green day and have the bacon as a HEB then allow 1 and 1/2 hea for a bit of feta or mozzarella on a salad.

    Thanks
    B.

Just been reading about that on minimins. I'm going to give it a go from Saturday (going out for a meal at Nandos tomorrow night so that pretty much has to be chicken based :p)

Already thinking about what to have in the evenings. There is a nice recipe on SW site for mediterranean salmon (or other fish) and prawns.
