nAfter promising myself I'd post daily on Monday, I forgot yesterday - what am I like?
So here's my catch up post
Yesterday
Breakfast 2 x weetabix HHEB) with milk (HEA)
Snack 3 x clementines
Costa Small Skinny Hot choc - I want to use my other HEA for the milk in this but what would I syn for the chocolate?
Lunch
Jacket potato, VFF Cottage cheese, Tomato salad
3 x clementine
muller light
Dinner
SW quiche
Boiled potatoes
HM Coleslaw - counting this as half a syn as I put WAY too much mustard powder in so could hardly eat any.
Pud - Quark cheesecake - 1.5 syn (+ 1/2 HEB)
Cereal bar 1/2 HEB
Total 2 syns + hot choc so hopefully this will be ok
Today
Breakfast 2 x weetabix (HEB) with milk (HEA)
Snack
Muller yoghurt
Lunch
leftovers from yesterday's tea so all free as no coleslaw ;-)
banana
Snack
Apple
Dinner
lentil & carrot curry 1/2 syn for oil as my fat sprayer bottle thingy broke
Rice
Pudding
Curly Wurly Cake - whata waste of a curly wurly and 4 syns - frozen vanila muller corner masquerading as ice cream. Wish I'd just eaten the curly wurly to be honest. ;-(
So 4 and a half sysns - I did have 3 celebrations at work today as it was someones birthdya so I reckon I'm quits for the day.
Well done to all the big losers and chin-up to all the slower ones like myself. I'm a pound a week girl despite sticking to 70 syns a week and going to the gym 2-4 times a week. Will get there eventually.........0 -

Dinner: Jacket potato with bean chilli
Snacks: Muller light yogurt, raspberries and strawberries
Need to have another HEB and get some more syns in there.
Had some cheese (HEA2) on top of chilli and a salad and some light mayonnaise (2 syns) on the side.
Went to the gym tonight - so had a banana before going and 2 Alpen light bars (HEB2) when I got back.
Only had 3 syns today - not sure that I need any more food - should I have more syns today?0 -
I'm pleased to report a 1.5lb weight loss :-) I'm very happy with that! Just had HM pizza and salad and it was scrummy! Back on the wagon in the morning.0

Hi everyone. Taking the plunge with the new thread, I got lost on the old one!! I signed up to SW at the end of April and I'm currently 1st 2lb lighter (YAY!). 2st left to lose to get to my very optimistic target (would leave me around a size 8-10).
I've had a very bad week so far, with another bad weekend coming up. I have started to exercise more now though. I've just had such a craving for sweet stuff. I weigh in on Thursdays, but my consultant is getting married this week so I have a week to redeem myself!
However just because life has to be that little bit more challenging Krispy Kreme are opening a shop near me next week0
