Been ages trying to catch up with the days posts! I really should make a point of at least checking in my lunch hour lol.

Today - Red day

B - 28g honey nut shredded wheat (1/2 heb1), vanilla ML yog and banana

L - Roast chicken salad (1/2 roast chicken, 1/2 plate of big salad - rocket, mixed lettuce leaves, toms, carrot, pepper and cucumber) dollop of coleslaw (was about a heaped tbsp ful = 2.5 syns) few croutons (allowed 5 syns for these as had about 6 and dunno how much they weighed!)

Snack - Hi Fi Bar (heb2)

D - 4 rashers of bacon and a 3 egg cheesy omelette (42g reduced fat cheese = hea1)

Had a mini cinnamon swirl with my evening cuppa (counting 7 syns as an 85g one is 14 syns. My mini one was 34g which is less than half. Its best to over estimate methinks) twas very nice. Just enough to cure the craving for sweet stuff.

Gonna finish up the evening with a w/g crackerbread (1/2heb1) with 1/2 tsp lemon curd (0.5) and a glass of milk for my second hea

Total syns 15

I got them in Asda last week Sweet chilli, Salt & vinegar, sour cream and chive £1.48 or 2 for £2.50

Did you see, 9 points ( ie 9 bags of snackajacks) = 1 months free lovefilm plus 20 quid lovetoshop voucher ( redeemable in places like wilkos greggs :eek: maccas :eek: superdrug ( for body magic stuff) etc?

No they didn't on my bag don't know about other ones
