    Hi everyone, busy day so not had time to read back - sorry.

    A bad food day all round as it was a small boys birthday, probably best to draw a line under it - but I am bloated and I feel sick so I wont be doing it again. It could have been far, far worse. I would guestimate at 40 syns :o.

    My Sunday to Sunday loss was 3lbs which I was pleased with.

    Back to work tomorrow after a fortnight off. Need to call in the co-op on the way for skim milk and some fruit to snack on.
