Well i just went to do my dinner (JP cheese & beans) but the potatoes have all gone green, so im now at a loss as to what to have :(, i was really looking forward to that too, its my favourite meal

Im going to have to plan something quick, before i start to get hungry, cos thats when i cheat:eek:

    I think i will have macaroni cheese:D another favourite:T

Are the pots completely green all over? or just a little bit? I've eaten spuds that had started to go green, just cut the green bits off (I know you're not meant to) and I've always been fine :)

    evening everyone!

i think i was ok 2day apart from my pstry in my dinner - i counted 15 syns for the pastry & any extra syns for the cheese

with my pastry pizza thing i had corn on cob, mushy peas & sweetcorn. oh and sweet potato wedges. on my pizza i had onion, peppers, mushroom & lf mozz!

so 2 moro nite is weigh in for me! as long as i get a loss (0.5lb) i would be happy!

Are you sure Turbo Snackajacks are 3.5 syns I thought that they were 4.5 or 5 depending on the pack ( unless you ate less than a pack that is :D )
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind

I am back and lost 4lbs, :j:j:j And that is in 5 days because I started last Wednesday, I am really chuffed.

I didn't feel hungry once and got plenty to eat. Up to week 2 now, which will be a long week until next Wednesday.
