Morning everyone hope you are all well.... and poos are forthcomming to those of you who need them :rotfl::rotfl:
I was really pleased with myself had a really good day yesterday and drank 3 litres of water . It is a good feeling to have this morning better than I the feeling I woulh have had eating the chocolate bar I turned down yesterday.
Need to go to the shops again!! Is it just me that seems to have to go every other day... to get salad and fruit. 1 lettuce lasts at a stretch 2 days.
Today (EE)
B - 2 toast (B) tomato (F) mushrooms (F) egg (F) butter (1.5)
L - spaghetti arriabiata (F) salad (F)
D - Moussaka (1 + A) salad (F) SF chips (F)
Snx - Raspberry nice cream (2.5) Banana, Blueberries, Grapes (F) 2 ryvita (B) quark (F) tomato & basil (F) ham (F)
That will leave some leway for adhoc syns
Good luck today everyone xxx"People buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like" - Clive Hamilton on Consumerism.0 -

ok so my food for 2 day will be:
b: ff yog, blueberries & raspberries
l: pasta with peppers, onion & corn with lf honey mustard salad dressing (1-2 syns)
d: puff pastry veggie pizza with salad (gona allow 10-12 syns for pastry)
so as im on ee - can i use my hea & b for the cheese for the pizza & the pastry - or at least some of it!
could do without the pastry but ive already defrosted it so dont ant to waste it! like some1 else mentioned you should check the syns b4 you tuck in lol!!
snacks will be banana & strawberries!
your lunch is fine..but maybe you could add a tomato or some other salady veg(corn is not a 'superfree'....its free on green but not on red) or finish with a piece of fruit to bump up the 1/3 element?
You def wouldnt be able to use pastry as HEB as there is no fibre in it (would be lovely tho eh) you would have to syn this) but the cheese could be your HEA

morning folks! typical, after doing a large supermarket shop over the weekend and lots of veggies and meat for my new slow cooker, my fridge freezer has decided to break!!! i had to drive to my dad's house and put all my frozen stuff before it defrosted and now my fridge items have a pong to them.
normally this type of stress would make me turn to cake but as it's still early, a coffee will have to do. i'll have to spend today looking for a new f/f - not how i wanted to spend the last few annual leave days i've got.
had a sneaky peek at the scales and i've not changed weight at all since last WI and i've been really good.think it's going to be one of those days!

Morning Guys
well i took salad to work with me yesterday (i work at Mc D's for the newbies here) and i'm glad i did,i ordered their crispy chicken salad as my lunch and it was awful,i took the chicken out of their salad and put it in mine, i guess their salad would be ok if it was drowned in dressing?
so yesterday i had pineapple and strawberries for B
L- chicken pasta in passata with left over veg from Saturday
D-my salad and Mc D crispy chicken burger (i'm calling it 8 syns like a Birdseye grill thingy)
HEB 2 Alpen bars when i got home with HEA milky tea before bed (polishes halo)
well done you in resisting the syn laden stuff at MaccyD'sIm sending you some super special polish for your halo :A :T

Good morning, you lot with the fairies, please don't send them across the border, I am doing good:j
Weigh in tonight, since it is 2 days early I still hope for a decent loss and if I like this consultant I might keep going to her Monday class. I really need to get a poo out, I have 2 days of eating in there, must be at least a pound:D
Does anyone else weigh in the evening? When I weighed in at WW in the morning, I wouldn't eat breakfast until I had been weighed. Oh well, if I eat normally until after lunchtime.. I really have to change the way I think around dieting.
I can't believe I have done SW for 4 days now with relative ease, no craving heaps of junk food. I am sure my temptations will come, first one on Wednesday when the family wants to go out for a meal.0
