Yes, I agree with Dizzy, Emma - don't let yourself be put off by that sneaky peek at scales. Tiny Scale-Fairies also exist and they stand on the scales with you. They are very small but very heavy.

thanks lovlies - no, the fairies are not going to sabotage my weight loss! it's funny how cravings disappear after you type them down. saying that, it's still early. ;) will keep an emergency hifi bar in my handbag, just in case!

Good morning, you lot with the fairies, please don't send them across the border, I am doing good:j

Weigh in tonight, since it is 2 days early I still hope for a decent loss and if I like this consultant I might keep going to her Monday class. I really need to get a poo out, I have 2 days of eating in there, must be at least a pound :D:D

Does anyone else weigh in the evening? When I weighed in at WW in the morning, I wouldn't eat breakfast until I had been weighed. Oh well, if I eat normally until after lunchtime.. I really have to change the way I think around dieting.

I can't believe I have done SW for 4 days now with relative ease, no craving heaps of junk food. I am sure my temptations will come, first one on Wednesday when the family wants to go out for a meal.
IM ON DAY DAY 4 FAIRY FREE :DI evicted them....no idea where they went....but I fear they they are always ready to find a way in :o

Iv been trying to 'go' since friday morning :( sneaky peak at the scales yesterday showed 2lb gain

I weigh in at 7pm I eat breakfast & lightish lunch then Im nil my mouth from about 3pm :rotfl::rotfl:

So sorry to hear about your fridge Yoemma Did you have a lot in it?

I swear we are appliance jinxed!

Food for me today will using up leftovers and cleaning out the fridge I think there is a few things lurking that need to be used so food will be:
    Breakfast
milk hEA and Alpen lites heb
B Kiwi fruit banana and yoghurt
L- Couscous salad crammed with veg, cottage cheese, sweet potato wedges warmed up from last night I couldnt squeeze in with a bit of chicken, more kiwi fruits and yog
Dinner - Leftover chicken with curry sauce incorporating onions, peppers, mushrooms, rice, and maybe ill try to make the bhajis or samosas

Syns will be: WW S&V hoops (3.5) and maybe some jaffacakes or something similar and the samosas.

Does anyone know of any flatbread type recipe that I can make for with the curry? I know bought naans are v high syn
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

  • hello all
well done on all your losses !!
i am due my first WI tomorrow morning and am a bit worried i'll have gained weight
my problem has always been eating the wrong foods and eating whether i'm hungry or not , and sometimes binge eating.
i've stuck to the plan , not gone over my sins but have eaten so much free and superfree food.
i know there's nothing anyone can do to help but writing on here makes me feel like i'm not alone :o

Ahhh but with SW you can still eat out ;) just plan ahead, eat free food though the day, choose sensibly but you can still enjoy a decent meal meal and come in under syn.

Or you can go flexible that day, decide how many syns you are going to allow yourself (if you want to have a glass of wine with your meal, a pudding) if the total comes to 20 or 30 syns then so be it.....but the next day go straight back on plan-no beating yourselg up or thinking youve blown it, theres no guarantee that you will have a loss that week....you may maintain, but at least you have broken the cycle of past dieting experience where you think sod it ive been bad one night....Il carry on being bad the rest of week and start again sometime later.....maybe....;)
