    hello all
well done on all your losses !!
i am due my first WI tomorrow morning and am a bit worried i'll have gained weight
my problem has always been eating the wrong foods and eating whether i'm hungry or not , and sometimes binge eating.
i've stuck to the plan , not gone over my sins but have eaten so much free and superfree food.
i know there's nothing anyone can do to help but writing on here makes me feel like i'm not alone :o

you're not alone mummyof5 were all here to support you;)
It does seem a funny way of eating at first doesnt it.....sooooo much food lol :rotfl:my oh kept looking at me at 1st like 'are you sure you have got this right?' I was eating about 3or 4 times what I was before (but I was eating total comfort food junk before) but on my 1st weigh in I had lost 10 1/2 pound :j
Keep posting.....post your daily menus....anything to keep you focussed and on track- and we want to hear from you after weigh in.....If you have followed the plan I bet you will be suprised ;)

Why do you think you will have gained mummy- just because of the volume of food you have eaten?
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

I am due my first weigh in tonight, so know how you feel. I too have eaten so much food, but we just have to trust the plan. I think after our first weigh in, we will be believers eh? Good luck hun.

Right, I am dragging myself away from this computer and onto the Wii fit, every little helps. You lot are just so nice and I could sit here all day reading all your comments..:T:T
  • yes lynz, i just don't think i can have lost weight eating that much !!
thanks mumoftwo good luck to you too.
and thanks dizzy for your reply i am reading every day and will post my WI each week but am simply too embarrassed to post what i eat (i graze all day long):o
so i will dip in and out to pick your brilliant brains if that's ok :)

I know exactly how you feel... my 1st week I was scared stiff I'd put weight on as I ate mountains of free food and had 15 syns on a daily basis... OH kept looking at me strangely as I was supposed to be on a 'diet', I lost 4.5lb not a lot compared to some 1st weeks but I was amazed.

I still feel like I eat too much it now if I'm truthful but when I do, I lose weight.. if I cheat I put on. IF you stick to plan it DOES work.

You will be fine and jumping up and down after WI I'm sure. xx

Our consultant told us something brilliant

we are like a steam train - as soon as we wake up we need to STOKE THE BOILER to get the engine running, then it needs stoking... all day long otherwise it runs out of steam and stops on the tracks. Thats exactly what you (and the rest of us!!!) are doing 'grazing' is stoking your boiler :D and as daft as it sounds the more veggies and fruits and free you eat the more you lose as your metabolism is constantly up. :T my half pound loss week was the week when I couldnt eat much as I was not too well,my best losses are when I feel like I eat all day long

hello everyone - I've been off for about a week or two and I am amazed by how much chat has gone on!
no hope of catching up so just want to say hope everyone's well. :)

I have been off SW lately as money and kitchen supplies got a bit low so was forced to eat what I already have even if it's not SW friendly. Got a bit down and gave up for a while. but payday came and Mr T is delivering my shopping (including my first ever tub of Quaaaark!) so hoping to get back into it today but suddenly realised i'm going out for lunch and dinner!!! so might be a bit tricky.

Brek was weetabix with skim and a banana (hea and b)

Lunch is going to be salad with hummus and pitta so this will be quite synful so I am going to have a Green day and have the hummus as 2nd heb.

dinner will be pizza I expect so I will go for a low fat version if poss, with salad, and have the mozzarella as my 2nd hea.

    not bad all in all.

hope I can stick with it this time.

I keep thinking of it as though last time was a 'test' and it did work so now's time to do it properly.

I'm dying to be a size smaller before xmas - for goodness sake that's ages away but i know what i'm like I will wake up xmas day same size as i am now and feel silly for trying.
