Slimming World was the only way I have ever lost weight! So I want to try it again but for now just using the book I have and online recipes plus upping my activity levels! So glad to find this thread as well while I get my aching head around it all!
I really want to lose the weight for my dd's wedding next year - at the moment I feel too fat and lumpy to go out looking for any mother of the bride outfits,so if I can lose the weight sooner and then maintain it that would be better.
I'm going for a red day today, will be out for lunch so will have a chicken salad if possible. Breakfast was hm muesli and soya milk plus 1 banana and a black de caff tea. Dinner tonight will be salmon fillet cooked in foil parcel and steamed vegetables followed by apricot healthy crumble (must go work out the syns in that now)
Walked the dog today and will go spend 10 mins on exercise bike before I go out. Fingers crossed! Our days are happier when we give people a bit of our heart rather than a piece of our mind.

In the fridge lurking at the back is an Atkins Chocolate bar
Can anyone see these on the Syns online? Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.

I believe in primping at leisure and wearing lipstick. I believe in pink. I believe happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day and... I believe in miracles."

what's the portion size - i'm guessing about 30g? if so, then it's 7 syns."I believe in manicures. I believe in overdressing. I believe in primping at leisure and wearing lipstick. I believe in pink. I believe happy girls are the prettiest girls. I believe that tomorrow is another day and... I believe in miracles."

Yes it is 30g
Wont bother with it then it is so not worth 7 syns, compared to a dime bar:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
