I dont think it looks too bad either screamer:

    A few things

    1) why not get granulated sweetener then its free whenever you want
    2) if you know you are going to be bored and eating, why not plan to go out for the full day, taking a packed lunch with you? I love to go for long walks, this weekend I must have done 20 miles plus over the three days. When Im out I don't really think about eating, but we went out for a nice lunch at a japanese place and it felt like a real treat but it was low syn.
    3) why are you sitting up worrying about your weight? Worrying just wont help at all! You are doing something about it so stick to what you are doing. If you are bored and pondering why not stick an exercise vid on or walk around the block, then you are doing something about your situation instead of sitting still and worrying. If you cant stop worrying then I wonder if you have tried meditating, I dont do it often but I do when feeling overwhelmed and it brings a lot of calm.

Hope you feel better about what you are doing. Are you bored of fruit, are you trying lots of different things, or having the same things all the time?
 Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
    This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast

I'm so bored with fruit it's shocking and the muller lights are getting on my nerves.
I might even drag OH with me. He wants to lose a bit of weight too but he's too embarrassed to go. Silly boy!

Mullers can get a bit that way:(, why dont you try activia fat free, I have those a lot and they are pretty delish(they are also supposed to be good for the toilet department....tho I have yet to report any movement there since friday lol  or the fat free strawb or vanilla big onken pots....they also are much thicker than muller. buy frozen berries to have in your yogs....asda are doing 2 for £3 at the mo its one way of filling you up a bit and getting the fruit in ;)

Get your oh to go to group with you....there are 3 male members there already so he wont be the only one, and it would help you if he was doing the plan too :)

    Hi all,

I have a confession to make..........:(

I was bad at the weekend, to the point that I was actually ill yesterday and almost ruined a night out with my friend.....

We ate and ate, to bursting point and I have to say I didn't really enjoy it. Serves me right really.

Anyways..............I have turned over a new leaf and joined BodyOptimise today, I've decided what to eat today and will be sticking to it. See my plan below:

    Free food:
    dried pasta
very low fat natural cottage cheese
    very low fat natural yogurt
    sweetcorn/corn on the cob
    low calorie fizzy drinks
    salad, without dressing
    Fry Light Cooking Spray
    Summer Fruit Yogurts, Raspberry
    eggs
    quark
    Extra lean minced beef
    cucumber
    mushrooms
    tomatoes
    garlic
    pineapple
    mineral water

    Healthy Extras
    a - 28g Cheddar
    b - 2 Weetabix

    Syns
Mullerlight Inspired By Yogurt, Strawberry Cheesecake
    Options, Outrageous Orange, dried
A splash of whole milk in my tea this morning

I'm going out for a walk later to get some fresh air, then it's time to relax and plan the weeks meals. I have the week off so I have time to get my head around everything.

    Wish me luck guys! :)

the smilies are done by going to 'go advanced' when typing your post, the rest is in 'user cp' in the first green bar at the top of the page and then 'edit signature' or something like that

There has been a change to the advertised meal programme... I have had a h/m veg chow mein for lunch as I couldn't be bothered to do the sauce for the pasta, it is one of my favourites.

I've been to the shops and got more lettuce and chicken etc and fell into the clothes shops... so came back with some sparkly shoes that have been winking at me for ages and 4 pairs of trousers... 3 of which are too small LOL.. they are my slim into trousers.... at varying degrees of smallness. I have been looking for a certain type of combat trs for ages... sort of silky material so they fall nicely and look smarter... found em... bought 2 in 2 diff sizes neither of which fit now. It's a risk.. but it was only 35.00 for the 3 small pairs so went for it. I have a sunshine holiday in 4 weeks which will ook tonight...so hopefully 1 will fit by then.

Well my lunch (which was undecided) has been lovely, the morrisons dried pack of mushroom risotto was really nice (much nicer than couscous, i will definately be buying more of them) and then h/m cheesecake with lemon curd, i think thats 5syns (biscuit = 3 and lemon curd 2tsp = 2) very nice indeed.
