My word you lot are doing fab!!!
Ive lost 26 1/2lb since 1st June but Ive had 2 bad bingeing days. At the moment I cant seem to find anything that hits the spot or any recipes that spur me on
Also none of my clothes seem too big, need to loose 3 more stones at least.
think I need a big boots up the backside0 -

I was a chocaholic but now all I want is chees & bread. I do use 1 of my B's as cheese most days.
I only have 1 a & usually 1 B but follow red or green not tried the easy option0 -

I know i sound like a stuck record on here, but I will say it again in case you haven't seen me bang on about it.
The more bread you have the more you want.
there, said it again.
If you are craving, and believe me i know about the bread-induced craving- its like no other! My advice is avoid bread for the next few days and see how you feel. Everytime Ive eaten bread while on SW I have been ravenous the next day, I mean RAVENOUS, like I could go into a shop and sweep the whole shelf of choc crisps and the like,
I know thats probably not what you wanted to hearbut i just find it a lot easier to live without it, just makes life easier slightly
Mind you, someone else might have different advice:beer: Well aint funny how its the little things in life that mean the most? Not where you live, the car you drive or the price tag on your clothes.
Theres no dollar sign on piece of mind
This Ive come to know...
So if you agree have a drink with me, raise your glasses for a toast :beer:0 -
Oopsy forgot to post my diary yesterday - having a little sit down as I am tooo full to move - tried to make lentil curry for tea but realisd I had some missing ingredients so moved on to making something approximating quorn korma - was soo nice that I ate both the portions I made - good job it was mostly free food!
Today is GREEN
HEA = Milk (for tea)
Breakfast - Couscous, ML & Chopped banana
Lunch - Poached eggs on toast (1.5 HEB) with ketchup (1 syn)
Yoghurt & nectarines
Afternoon snack - Quark Cheescake (1.5 syn + 0.5 HEB))
Tea - Quorn Korma made with Sharwoods Korma Paste (2.5 syns)
Pudding - 2 bowls of fruit salad - don;t ask me how I managed to squeeze them in - I'm a fruit monster!
So 5 syns so far - enought for a bit of a snack if I get hungry later altho I can't imagine it at the mo ;-)
Checked the size of the AH Couscous catering pack at Costco today (bought another one to keep at work for emergencies) - its £4.99 for 30 portions. approc 16.5p per portion. bargain!0 -
I agree Lynz, bread has always been my big problem. White bread is worst so we just dont have any at all now.'If you have a garden and a library, you have everything you need' Marcus Tullius Cicero0

I have avoided bread so far today & chocolate.
I tend to make the same meals as i find it easier ( I dont have time to prepare meals at the moment as its so busy at work & Not getting in til past 9pm)
Is EE as good as it says? & are people having good weight loss on it? I do go to class when I can but for the next few weeks its going to be impossible for me to get.0 -

MY WORDS EXACTLY...... I went cold turkey for 4 days, then I didnt miss it AT ALL8 weeks later I won some in a raffle with other HEB items at group and made the mistake of eating some for 2 days
and I feel rubbish and bloaty and it wasnt worth it at all.....but now its sparked that old 'oh I miss you feeling'
