    Hey Vixie

Could you suggest what Id use for making a curry with a leftover half chicken

I have yoghurt ( half big pot of natural)
    Some from frais
    half pot of quark
    one tin tomatoes

What spices would I need I have garam masala? But not a lot else ( paprrika cumin chili, garlic, ginger cinnamon)

    *confused*

Def use the tinned toms, yoghurt, garam masala, cumin, chilli, garlic and ginger.

Do you have any stock cubes and an onion? I am also presuming your chicken is cooked?

If so, i would spray a pan with frylight, add the onion (if you have it), garlic, ginger and cumin and stir fry for a couple of minutes, then add 2 tsps of garam masala (or to taste) rip off the chicken meat, add to pan then cover with the tinned toms, add stock (quantity as you want - if you have it - if not add water) I would then cook that down until chicken is heated through and things have thickened a bit.

I would then add the yog (which i whip a bit with a fork before i add it) Mine has curdled before but have saved it by simmering the curry until its thickened.... (i'm not v good at adding creamy stuff to things!)
All hail to the sale!!!!!!
