B - 2 little toast (B) tomatoes (F) egg (F) mushrooms (F) butter (1.5)
L - Noodles (F) Vegg Stirfry (F) Soy (F)
D - Chicken (F) J Potato (F) Butter (1.5) Salad (F)

Snx - Banana, Blueberries & Mango with fake SW cream (1).

2 litres of water

I need some more syns but I've just had lunch and am stuffed, I'm sure I'll get something down my neck later though :rotfl:

Good luck with the poo's you guys:D. I sometimes have that problem and found drinking more water helped to soften things and move them along.

My anti seizure meds from the last op.....one side effect is constipation

the tum tabs for oesophagitis & hiatus hernia.....side effect constipation (apparently it makes the stomach produce less acid so ur food must digest slower too?)

So my oh is right I really am full of sh*t !

Ive not looked at my other meds that ive been on a while just newish stuff
