    SW Friendly Pizza
To make your own SW friendly base use Tesco Crusty Wholemeal Bread Mix.

If you use this on an EE day, then count 1HEb and 6 syns - or halve the recipe for 1HEb. Don’t forget to count your cheese as a HEa to ensure totally syn free!

Take 75g of your wholemeal bread mix, save approximately 5g for dusting and add approximately 60-70ml of water til you form a dough. Knead according to instructions. This, when cooked, will make a base of approximately 115g in weight, which is 2HEbs.

When the dough has risen/rested for the required time, flatten with a rolling pin or the base of your hand for a more rustic base, using your leftover dusting mix to ensure your base doesn’t stick to the breadboard or chopping board.

Then add your tomato base and pile high with your topping and then HEa of cheese. I use low fat Mozz as I get more for my money.

Pop in the oven on quite high for about 15 mins or until the base has cooked and top melted.

We actually had this last night with SF potato wedges (just 1 potato between us) and salad. It felt really naughty to have pizza and chips for tea, with fruit and chocolate mousse for pud... but it's all within plan! Hurray!!!

    Enjoy xxx

Thank you so much for that. We love homemade pizza in this house and I was thinking how I would get around it for myself and not miss out. I will just make that day a red day so I can have the 2 HEBs, Brilliant!! So happy:j

I better "go" before my weigh in on Monday evening :D
